ASPERA HIGH-ALTITUDE GARDEN PANORAMIC HOTEL

L'hotel è in una buona posizione, a due passi dalla Jiefangbei Tower. La camera è splendida, grande e la vista è bella, tranne per un edificio che blocca un po' il fiume, ma comunque bella. L'ascensore è lento e i quattro ascensori non sono collegati, il che è abbastanza strano, ma credo sia la struttura dell'edificio. L'hotel ha perso la colazione. È un menu standard e mangi le stesse cose ogni giorno (non a buffet). Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 5 giorni. Punto a favore: il personale è cortese e il servizio è buono.

We stayed in the most expensive room at this hotel, costing over 1200 per night. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing. The hotel entrance is located in a residential building, which is very old and dilapidated. We searched for a long time because we couldn't believe this was the entrance to a high-end hotel. The reception is on the 24th floor, and the staff were very nice and welcoming. The room's view was not as good as in the photos. The front window directly faced a rundown building that seemed to be under demolition, with many workers on it. The side window faced a very close office building, making it feel like people could see in from every direction. We stayed for three nights, and the curtains were mostly closed the entire time, offering no privacy at all. The room layout was poorly planned, and the bathroom was extremely small. The cleanliness was very poor. The carpet was dirty, full of stains, and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The shower curtain was moldy all over, which was disgusting and unhygienic. Mold can be harmful to health. The room decor looked nice in the photos but was actually very cheap and low-quality in reality. The soundproofing in the room was terrible. It didn't have double-glazed windows, so we could hear all the construction noise and traffic outside. We had to use earplugs to sleep. The location was okay, about a 10-minute walk to the central area. Overall, the service was good, but the room quality and facilities were extremely poor. It was definitely not worth the high price. The quality was similar to that of a 3-400 yuan hotel. After staying here for two nights, we moved to a nearby Iseya hotel, which also cost around 1200 per night. The quality there was like night and day compared to Aspera, much better in every way. It made me feel like I had been cheated by Aspera. 我们在这家酒店住的最贵的房间，1200多一晚。总体体验很不好。 酒店入口是居民楼，很破很旧，我们找了很久因为不敢相信这是高档酒店入口。前台在24楼，服务人员很好，也很热情。 房间的景色没有照片上那么好，正面的窗户直对着一栋破楼，好像在被拆迁那种，上面很多工人，旁边的窗户对着很近的写字楼，感觉每个方向都有人可以看进来，我们住了3晚，基本窗帘都是关着的，根本没有隐私。 房间格局规划不太好，卫生间很小很小。 卫生很不好，地毯很脏，全是污垢，好像很久没洗了。洗浴间的窗帘拉下来上面全都发霉了，很恶心，很不卫生，霉对人体会产生伤害的。房间装修照片上看着不错，但实际很廉价，都是便宜货。 房间隔音效果很差很差，不是双层玻璃，外面建筑声，车声，全部能听见，必须带耳塞睡觉。 位置还可以，要步行10分钟左右到中心区。 总体来说，服务好，但是房间质量和设施极差，绝对不值这么贵的价格，这种质量和3-400的酒店差不多。 我们在住过这里后两个晚上去了附近iseya酒店，也是1200一晚左右的房间，但质量跟aspera比简直一个天一个地，好很多倍。让我感觉被aspera 骗了。

Good location, beautiful city view and good service. Hotel room and reception were clean and aesthetic. Service staff were friendly and helpful. They’ve helped me out with my courier service. Location is within 5 mins to subway station Xiaoshizi lines 1&6, exit 6, and a short walk to attractions like Jiefangbei street, Liberation monument, Hongyadong. Hotel is located at the top floor of an office building, next to a 24h noodle store, a souvenir shop, massage, KTV place and a convenience store just 5 mins away. We stayed over during countdown and got back so quickly. Breakfast spread was good and afternoon tea was provided as well. We enjoyed our stay so much! Thank you for the warm hospitality Aspera! Exceptional service! The hotel went above and beyond by doing our laundry, sending a fruit platter when we missed high tea, and packing breakfast for our early tour. Highly recommend!
