Perfect location in cbd area, room is clean and nice although compact, with the price it is acceptable. Metro station is just below and centralised. Whole stretch of eatery and gift shops. Recommend to all

一個將近500的房間真的差，體驗感非常不好，問有停車場嗎支支吾吾半天不報位置，也説不清楚，房間小得一丟丟，室內温度33度，空調沒有冷風，叫修空調前台説她也不知道，問前台再拿兩瓶水，也是要收費的，兩塊錢一瓶，馬桶黃得受不了，衣櫃下面還有一衹臭襪子，也不知道怎麼打掃的衞生，洗澡沒有拖鞋，一次性鞋子也是薄得路都不會走，牙刷一刷就彎，到處找杯子刷牙，誒，一言難盡

服務極差，不清潔房間，衞生極差，牆上有屎，滿地蟑螂🪳。從東北一路自駕到拉薩又路過重慶住了10多家酒店，唯一一家服務質量差，房間設施設備差，真心不推介，廁所，洗澡間沒有門，朋友們一分錢不貨，出來玩一定找一個衞生好的

相當炸裂和無語…垃圾酒店！衞生差，酒店的環境差到極致！酒店的窗連着一個公區過廳，窗連個把手都沒有，另外幾個房間的窗可以直接翻到房裡去。。其他直接的都懶得講了看圖吧，拿事實説話

房間空調白天沒有，晚上7點才開，空調臟的無法看。服務員一點服務意識都沒有，就在前台玩手機遊戲，問她們問題，統一口徑是，“我新來的不瞭解情況，不知道”。衞生間排風不好臭味也排不出去。這樣的酒店不開也罷。

酒店位置好，在解放碑步行街附近，離洪崖洞其他景點也很近，環境好，價錢實惠，前台客服服務也很好，值得入住，

希望以後能多多采納顧客意見，並且不要莫名其妙的就停電，鐘點房也不要收費那麼貴，設施及時換新，電視也有待改進

臟亂差，沒有在任何一個城市將近500一宿的價位，這麼臟的，整個房間都是嘔吐🤮的味道。太噁心了，要不是凌晨3點帶着孩子，一定不會選擇住在那兒，還多收了100元錢，請攜程監管一下酒店的品質吧，圖片和房間嚴重不符。
