Good location in the middle of CBD, got robots delivering, closed to MRT

The staff was very nice!

The hotel bathroom door is visible from outside. The location is very convenient and near to tourist spots.

Good location in BeiFang pedestrian mall, within short walking distance to HongYa cave. Front desk & all service staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel staff very good because help my family to clean clothes. They will pack for me after washing and drying so I do not need to clean clothes after my trip. I really enjoy here👍

Aside from the location that is close to Jiefangbei and the such, this hotel requires a lot of work. Our family room was dirty. The floor was sticky when we entered, there are dirty marks on the bathroom counter, there were even bread crumbs on the floor and some furniture has its metal parts severely rusty. The room also smelled and did not feel like there were any air circulation. The building of the hotel itself is a shared building with a tour agency on the first floor and offices (the hotel lobby is on the 9th floor, and rooms are level 9 and above). To get to the first level you need to climb a flight of stairs, so I do not recommend this hotel for elderlies or those with a lot of luggages. To get to the lobby, you need to take a lift (shared with the whole building) and only 1 small lift was working at the time out of 2. Hence, we had to wait for a long time to get on the lift, especially during check out time. The building is also not a nice fancy building, it is rather old and dirty with smell of smoke because it seems a lot of the residence of the hotel or workers in the offices tend to smoke even inside the building. One positive I can mention is there is a laundry room and you can request the receptionist to put your clothes inside the washing/dryer machine if there is still someone using the machine. Honestly the hotel is very disappointing considering the price we paid. It was not a very comfortable stay aside from its strategic location.
