A 5-star room made better with 6-star service! Even before my stay, I was attended to by the Guest Service staff - 程独秀. She is extremely kind and prompt in our communication over WeChat, helping to arrange airport pick-up even before we arrived. She even helped to organize decorations for our room after she found out we just got engaged in China! It was a pity we only got to stay for 1 night as Chongqing was our stopover city on our way back to Singapore. Although the room was slightly far from the lift, it featured an AI voice assitant, bidet, Dyson hairdryer, and a cute food delivery robot! Despite our early flight, the hotel even packed us takeaway breakfast. We're really in awe by the high standards of the hotel and your staff. Thanks UrCove Chongqing and 程独秀 again, we hope to return soon!

From the moment I made the booking, Carol took it upon herself to make me feel comfortable about my arrival in Chongqing. She thoughtfully arranged seamless, point-to-point transportation to and from the airport and maintained clear communication with me right up until the very day of my arrival. Her attention to detail and proactive care gave me tremendous peace of mind. Upon reaching the hotel, Carol personally assisted me when my WiFi connection was not working, staying with me in the room until the issue was resolved. Her helpfulness extended well beyond what one might ordinarily expect, and she always communicated with clarity and positivity. What impressed me most was Carol’s warmth and cheerful demeanor. As I departed for the airport, she surprised me with a thoughtful gesture—a soft toy panda—which left a lasting impression and a smile on my face. Carol’s professionalism, kindness, and genuine dedication to guest comfort are truly commendable. In just a short stay, she managed to make me feel genuinely cared for, turning what could have been a routine transit stop into a memorable and personal experience. the experience at the hotel was great, Amy the manager provided an excellent service, as our flight was delayed, we landed at Chongqing airport at 1 AM, we got a none cost transfer to the hotel also a late check out without extra cost, the hotel is very clean, with good coffee and services, very Recomended
