Convenient location. You can walk to main attractions. Subway is on the same sidewalk. Not properly cleaned, floor was dirty, remote control and napkin disposal was greasy. Bed was clean, but sofa and cushions was not clean. Comfortable bed. The first bedroom has a cigarette smell, asked for change, they offered me a not smelly bedroom.

Stay here 5 days 4 nights. When coming back first night at midnight, we experience very cool shower water in winter. I'm couldn't really take a shower at night. After complaining at the front desk. The following days, the shower is not an issue anymore. But the issue is during our stay....our rooms is nobody to do a cleaning even though I request so many times. This is a really bad experience for me. Even the amenities also nobody to replenish for us. Luckily, a young guy at the front desk is helpful. He is willing to help us replenish all necessary amenities when asking. Lastly, the final night, I had already changed to another hotel. Anyway....i would not come back to this hotel again.

服務：服務很好前台小姐姐長得很美.人也非常好.外地出遊第一次來重慶走的時候忘記帶火鍋底料前台小姐姐還特意幫要的名片.很開心的一次出遊.重慶很美的城市.住宿環境都很好.🌷

優點：
1.離地鐵口近，出行方便
2.房間比較有氛圍感，整體比較乾淨
3.在房間未訂滿的情況下，客服有幫忙延遲退房
缺點：
1.房間沒有洗手液，香皂是打電話才提供的，這種消耗品應該固定放在房間。
2.房間臨街，晚上睡覺不關窗會很吵，關了窗户很悶，房型是長條形，空調在端頭，開了空調冷氣也過不來。

真的太垃圾了，將近 500的價格沒想到是這麼噁心的衞生服務。定了三間都是連住兩晚，但是每一天都是很垃圾的服務。前一天泡了澡的浴缸玩了一天回去看到的是前一晚泡澡留下的垃圾污垢。説再多都無濟於事，反正大家要是想要一個美好的遊玩體驗那就千萬不要住。我把圖片放在下面大家一起看看。頭髮遍地都是，床邊遺留的口香糖，雙眼皮貼繼續貼在洗漱池。反正很噁心。
