Nice place to stay, the staff is so helpful and very good service. They recommended us everything from the foods, places to visit and shopping. The suite is very close to Bayi street, Hongyadong and pedestrian street.

The homestay location is so strategic, there are a lot of eatery nearby. The bed is so comfortable and the service us so good. We store our luggage at the reception while we are travelling to Chengdu. They will check if you need to clean room or need extra drinking water. There isnearby construction that making noise early morning.

Location: Extremely convenient location. 30mins taxi/ didi ride from Jiangbei Airport, just opposite The Westin Hotel Chongqing. The nearest metro station on Red Line 2 ( Xiaoshizi) is 280m away , a mere 5 mins walk. Just beside the apartment ito the right s The Eye of the Cloud Observatory ( 360° viewpoint of the city) and another 5 mins walk , takes you to the Yangtze River Cableway North Station. To the left side of the apartment, under 1km or 15 mins walk leads you to the top of Shibati , which is an easy descend downhill rather than uphill. We also walked back to the apartment after a night at Hongyadong - under 10 mins. Do note Chongqing is a mountainous city so the walk encompasses walking up or downhill. When we were tired from a long day, taking a taxi / didi is very easy and costs less than ¥10 usually back from any of the tourist attractions to the apartment. There is an abundance of food options , cafes , convenience stores, supermarket, pharmacy in the surrounding vicinity all within walking distance. Red Line 2 , 1 metro stop away at Chaotianmen station is Raffles City Shopping mall. On Pink Line 3, Shangxinjie (1 stop away ) s the top of XiaHaol- another easy descend downhill. In short, couldn't ask for a better location. Facilities: The apartment is modern and clean, thoughtfully furnished. I appreciated the hairdryer which was China's equivalent to a Dyson. Multiple power access points across the apartment and even a set of different types of phone charging cables were provided. The two bedrooms had big King/ Queen sized beds. There only toilet in the apartment is equipped with a bidet! There is a 2-in-1 washing machine and dryer in separate kitchen area. Do note that although there is a stove in the apartment, due to fire hazard and safety rules by the government/ landlord- it cannot be used and there is no microwave. This can be easily overcome by having food delivery sent to the apartment or going down to the reception. Service: The level of service and attention we received during our 4 night stay was truly remarkable. The kind of dedication and attention to details was above and beyond. Big shout out to Rose and XiaoWen who were so quick to respond our every query and question. They were super proactive, checked in on us , sent us different good morning and good night greetings daily. They assisted with arranging our 1 day trip to wulong karst and dropped pin location/ directions for food recommendations . They took the initiative to suggest places to visit and because of that , we even got to watch a free drone light show ! When we had to leave the apartment but our clothes were still wet ( drying takes at least 2hrs) , they helped with the drying too ! We are really happy and appreciative of their top service. Definitely something money cannot buy! We wanted to show our appreciation with a tip but they refused. So please do support these beautiful kind ladies and book your next stay in their apartment for your next visit in Chongqing! They made my 1st time travel to Chongqing so enjoyable and stress free because it felt like I had a local friend with me the whole way. Thank you once again to Rose and Xiaowen! =)

The host is very pretty and nice. She helped introduced us to Chongqing and arranged for tours for us as well! Overall, highly recommend all travellers to book their apartment. Apartment is also really clean and looks exactly like the image.

Upon arrival, it was a bit confusing to figure out where to go. The ground-floor lobby reception called the hotel’s main reception on the 4th floor, and a staff member promptly came down to escort us upstairs for check-in. The check-in room was small and busy with new arrivals, but the staff handled everything efficiently and made sure we were taken care of. They were very helpful in giving directions and communicated with us through WeChat. (Be sure to install WeChat before arriving in China, as many vendors and hotels use it to communicate.) Our room was spacious and clean, though the bathroom was surprisingly tight—even for one person. The kitchen area was also misleading based on the photos: there were no dishes, cookware, or utensils, the stove didn’t work, and there was no refrigerator. We learned this was due to fire safety restrictions, so the only usable appliance was the electric kettle. The dual washer/dryer was convenient, though. The bathroom’s location felt awkward, as it was situated in an enclosed “outdoor” area near the washer/dryer instead of being directly accessible from the main bedroom. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed going across the street to the Westin Hotel for their breakfast buffet and for afternoon coffee breaks on the 31st floor, which offered comfortable seating and amazing city views. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, room, and staff.

Aside from the small second room & bathroom, everything is perfect. The unit is in tip-top condition, with heater in the living room; good for cold weather. Clean, comfortable and the customer service is also top notch; very friendly and helpful in responding to our requests and enquiries. They kept our luggages before departure. It is convenient to walk to to Jiefangbei street and Bayi street. There are some fruits and food stalls downstair the apartment. Overall, we have a pleasant stay here; and absolutely recommended it!
