This hotel is very nice and clean. It's near to shopping center like shibati, near subway easy to go anywhere. This hotel quitely hard to find. It is on second floor. (upper on Starbuck, opposite of Line frind) The staff of the store on the first floor is very kind, help us calling the hotel staff.

My friends and I had a pleasant stay here. The room was really clean and spacious! The owner is very accommodating and even went the extra mile by helping me with my luggage up the stairs. I will book another stay here if I ever visit Chongqing again.

Beautiful accommodations in the heart of the ancient village tourist attractions. The way is a little complicated. Having the accommodation come pick you up if you can't find it is the most convenient. The owner is lovely, good service and helpful throughout the stay. If there is a chance, will definitely come back to stay again.

Stay right at Shibaiti , had difficulty finding the front desk but otherwise stay was great

Excellent place to stay. Good place for food, shopping, hotel staff super nice & friendly.. Highly recommend. Need to walk a bit with staircase, it's one of the Must Visit place.

The overall staying experience was great. The only imperfection is the countless staircases🤣

Great location and a clean room with everything needed. The staff were super attentive and helpful. They were always quick to answer on WeChat and ready to help or answer questions. All in all a great stay in a great city.

We stayed in the family suite with 4 queen beds. Boss and staff were all very helpful. It’s nested in the 18梯, hence the staff came to help us with our luggage.

總體而言是一次很好的體驗。做攻略期間老闆很熱心，給到的遊玩吃喝建議都挺中肯。 民宿位置很方便，到解放碑衹需要十幾分鍾步行時間，再到洪崖洞也很方便，坐索道過江去南山也方便。 十八梯算是重慶地貌的一個景點，這家民宿就在半山腰上。白天看起來很愜意，推開窗都是中國式的經典味道。晚上是燈火輝煌的千與千尋的感覺。 價格也很好，帶小盆友一家人住感覺很好，床單被罩都挺乾淨，老闆用的洗衣液不錯，媽媽的味道。 下次還來，辛苦老闆！謝謝！

首先房間佈局很滿意，舒適乾淨，看上去新穎，空間大；第二服務很好，提前主動聯繫客人，告知位置還有專門的人帶領進入，不用自己現找，很方便，有微信服務專門的團隊顯得很專業，這點讓人感到放心、安心。唯一環境上稍顯遜色的是在屋裡麪關上門窗，能清楚的聽到外面的聲音，而屋裡正常小聲説話外面也能聽得清清楚楚，感覺牆壁像是紙做的不隔音，這點非常沒有安全感，而且門口或者外面抽煙，在屋裡關着門也是可以聞到的。

我們原本訂的2人間，我們4個人住有點小，然後和管家説了升級房型，也很爽快的答應了，給我們換到了3人間的房間，有3張床還有個浴缸，洗漱用品都是一次性的，房間乾淨整潔，外面還有個露台，可以看到主街的風景，下次來的話還會選擇住這裏。

服務很周到，飛機晚點了4個小時，到民宿晚上10點了，民宿管家特別細心，下着雨還出來接的我，出發前一天還給了打車和地鐵的線路，很貼心。 房間很乾凈，牆上很高很高的地方有個超級大蟲子的標本（孤陋寡聞沒見過的品種）。 民宿環境很好，在十八街區景區裏，比較靠近地鐵較場口，去解放碑走着去很方便。 房間很大，4人間裏還有個二層的小平台，跟小夥伴一起打牌呀很合適（圖3樓梯上去，一層卧室上），看電影（投影大屏幕），聽聽留聲機，真的有黑膠唱片可以聽的。 再來説説細節：細節很到位，一次性馬桶墊，捲紙（未拆包裝的有芯捲紙，不是清風就是心相印，忘記了😅）不像別的民宿，衹給一小卷，還是那種一大提的，抽紙是清風的，整包沒開封的，給了2包，洗漱用品質量也很好。

房間特別乾淨，Loft式，上下2層，上面2張床，下面2張床，非常寬敞，有免費的一次性浴巾和洗臉巾，正好位於十八梯步行街內，出門就有網紅拍照景點和各種小吃，離地鐵也特別近，非常方便，老闆人很爽快靠譜，我定錯了房間，直接為我免費升級了大房間，非常愉快舒適的一次入住

櫃枱小姐姐服務超好、店家掌櫃給視頻找酒店位置，房間裏的用品也很好（雖然是一次性的質量卻真的過硬）孩子們很喜歡，還送了孩子小禮物，不錯的感知！㊗️掌櫃的生意興隆……財源滾滾
