總感覺這家如家是假的，拖鞋是臭，居然還説是消了毒的（彎腰就聞的到）不知道這個毒是毒氣的毒嗎？毛巾也是一股塑膠味，不知道為什麼，毛巾也感覺是隨便擺放的，還有熱水出的快是好事，不過冷水要往右一半才能出來，不然的話容易燙手

毛巾偏少 沒有浴袍的情況下每人一條浴巾加洗臉巾 不夠用 建議每人3條 滿足洗臉/洗頭/洗澡的需求
浴室明顯水垢 水温太高了 調節從涼直接就到燙了
位置不錯 離地鐵近 旁邊有商場可以看個電影再休息

前台小楊，小黃服務熱情貼心，早餐種類豐富，味道非常不錯，好吃!停車也免費，回到酒店讓我感覺回到家了一樣，已經記不得第多少次入住這家酒店了，但每次都是賓至如歸的感覺，讓工作中疲憊了一天的我感到很放鬆。酒店還配備洗衣房，健身房，酒店工作人員還會幫忙洗衣和烘乾衣服，給人一種很好的入住體驗！！

房間很好，本來想着鄰街可能有點吵，但關上窗户之後聲音小了很多。酒店前台小姐姐和經理都很好，房間內的衞生狀況也很不錯，沒有異味，乾淨整潔,而且酒店還有免費洗衣服務可以幫你洗衣烘乾,這點值得好評!下次還會再來。

環境：酒店所在的位置位於九龍坡區比較核心的地段，距離龍湖時代天街步行僅需10分鐘左右，距離萬象城打車起步價也可到達非常方便。樓下的袁家崗城市軌道交通樞紐，為居住在酒店出行去其他較遠的區域提供了極大的便利。
設施：設施齊全，希望酒店改進一下房間內床頂射燈的開關。有時候晚上衹想開一些比較柔弱的燈光，但是床頂的射燈始終無法單獨開關，非常刺眼。

每層衹有兩個房間可以看到體育場，而且不確定性很高，讓提前預留的話也預留不了，就電話裏面特別軸，看當天的狀態，可以做個參考，如果一定想要看到體育場的，估計要訂旁邊的全他們有那個房型，雖然歷經千辛萬苦住到了能看到體育場的，但是心好累🤦♀️

位置很好找，交通便利。房間也很乾凈整潔，床鋪舒服。前台小姐姐熱情好客，客房阿姨打掃房間也很仔細人認真，工作人員都很敬業能及時處理問題，半夜點了外賣也會幫忙用機器人送上來。晚上能夠看到重慶的夜景，非常好看，感覺很好。非常滿意的一次入住體驗，在這家感受到了家的温馨，用品貼心，服務細緻入微。本來是抱着試一試的想法來入住的，但這裏實在方便舒適，又多續住了一天。
