設施：酒店設施很新穎，房間設備齊全
衞生：很乾凈，阿姨打掃得仔細
環境：環境優美整潔，進門還有音樂聲，一股淡淡的香味，很好聞
服務：前台服務人員態度熱情周到，補充需要品很急死，前台還放有衞生巾，還有漱口水和紅糖薑茶，酒店的人員還能幫忙洗衣服，這點真的太棒了！甚至還烘乾送到房間！！！服務太暖心了！退房的時候房間掉了東西，前台服務員還一直打電話聯繫我，並且還幫我寄回來！這服務態度必須好評！

江景一絕哈！
這個江景配這個價格值得哈！入住之前還挺好奇一家如家為什麼會有這麼高的評分，窗簾一打開就知道了！酒店就在一個商場樓下，出門就是輕軌站，帶娃出遊簡直不要太方便！下次來重慶一定會再次入住！

第三次入住了，雖然沒刻意宣傳，但這的的確確是高空酒店，45到50層的景觀很開揚，袁家崗地鐵站就在旁邊，去動物園、解放碑都是直達的，很是方便

總感覺這家如家是假的，拖鞋是臭，居然還説是消了毒的（彎腰就聞的到）不知道這個毒是毒氣的毒嗎？毛巾也是一股塑膠味，不知道為什麼，毛巾也感覺是隨便擺放的，還有熱水出的快是好事，不過冷水要往右一半才能出來，不然的話容易燙手

毛巾偏少 沒有浴袍的情況下每人一條浴巾加洗臉巾 不夠用 建議每人3條 滿足洗臉/洗頭/洗澡的需求
浴室明顯水垢 水温太高了 調節從涼直接就到燙了
位置不錯 離地鐵近 旁邊有商場可以看個電影再休息

前台小楊，小黃服務熱情貼心，早餐種類豐富，味道非常不錯，好吃!停車也免費，回到酒店讓我感覺回到家了一樣，已經記不得第多少次入住這家酒店了，但每次都是賓至如歸的感覺，讓工作中疲憊了一天的我感到很放鬆。酒店還配備洗衣房，健身房，酒店工作人員還會幫忙洗衣和烘乾衣服，給人一種很好的入住體驗！！

交通便捷，出門就是地鐵站，可以方便的去各種景點。旁邊幾百米就是龍湖天街，各種美食都有，房間在50層，視野也很好，比住市中心的酒店性價比高很多。
