The staff always checks in with you everyday if you need any assistance. Check in and out is very smooth and easy. They also have lockers for any delivery service which is easy to use. Cleanliness overall is okay.

Despite it being difficult to find, my stay at Kerry was great! The hotel is in this building called One Grand building. The reception is on the 9th floor. When we arrived, we had to ask the security where the hotel was and tried to navigate our way to the correct floor. Other than that, everything is perfect. The room itself is huge! It has a living area sofa and coffee table, a kitchen with a bar top dining table and a washing machine. It's like an apartment (which we didn't expect). The service is also good. Again, we used WeChat to contact the reception and their replies were always immediate (I don't know how they do it considering they have many guests). Most of the time, they accommodate our requests - more water, amenities etc - during our stay. At checkout, they even gave us a small parting gift to show their appreciation. Overall, it was a good stay at Kerry!

以前都沒有發現這個寶藏酒店，入住體驗感非常好，吃飯也方便，酒店就有一個自帶的花園餐廳，環境又好，菜品也好吃，還有我喜歡的東南亞口味。超喜歡酒店的這個床墊，好多地方睡着都要失眠，但是在這裏總是能夠一覺睡到天亮，枕頭都是亞朵的那種。全智能的房間，所有的燈光窗簾全是聲控的，就連音箱還自帶電話功能。出門20m就是地鐵口，不管去哪裡都很方便，兩個站就能到高鐵站。夏天的重慶出門能不曬太陽簡直是太幸福了。確定了，每次來重慶都要住這裏。
