Hotel a Chon Buri, Saen Suk

We are a mixed couple (Chinese and UK). The reception staff were very friendly upon check in. Our room was clean and modern. They provide water, shampoo, soap, body wash and a fridge, slippers, bath robe and a safe. Location - the hotel is located a 10 min walk to the Park Market and Toshin Market and a 20 minutes walk to the fish market. It's about a 20 minutes walk to the beach. There's some little shops around the hotel, but be careful on the little back roads due to fast cars. Breakfast - You have to make your breakfast selections on Check in, so you have to know in advance what you wish to eat and drink in the future. The coffee is nice, but the food is just a microwave wrap. It's fine for a breakfast. The first night at the hotel was good, and we got a decent sleep. The second night, we arrived back, and there was a loud game of Mahjong or poker going on next door. The problem is, they put us in a room with a (locked) adjoining door. The door is not sound or light proof. This meant we could hear every word and clink of the ******** chips and had light shining in during the night. We said to reception, but this kept going on. It really puzzles me why they put us into an adjoining room. The next morning, the next door was open, and I saw it's a room without beds, so perhaps designed just as a games room (see last picture). It definitely made me a bit wary that if one of the players had a key, they could open the adjoining door to our room. Definitely avoid the rooms ending in 09 or 10 if you want to guarantee a good sleep. This isn't the fault of the lovely workers. it's a design problem/owners issue.

The room was quite nice with a big size, enough for 2 people to fit in. The staff is quite helpfull. The parking is very large and tidy. The breakfast, I didn't expect anything to be honest, it was really good! With many various different type of foods. Me and my brother really enjoyed till the last minute! I didn't expect this place to be this good. The location is also good too. Will definitely recommend to others and come back on my own for sure!

Camera - La stanza è stata ristrutturata e sembra buona, tranne per il vecchio e sporco giacca, e la coperta è molto piatta, vecchia e indossata. Ristorante - La varietà alimentare è grande, ma ci sono problemi che richiedono un miglioramento, soprattutto per il personale: ad esempio, ho ordinato un omelet, e il cuoco ha detto che sarebbe servito alla tavola, ma ho aspettato così tanto che dovevo chiedermelo. Molti piatti erano già preparati, ma lasciati sul conto e non serviti; quando le ho chiesto, il personale sembrava confuso, l’omelette era anche sotto cottura e inedibile, e, in generale, sembrava che il personale non fosse pronto. The room is new, clean, and worth the price. I really like the shower. It is very suitable for a relaxing break. The front desk staff's service is fast and efficient. This is a hotel that I would recommend.

เอาตรงๆว่าเพิ่งเคยใช้บริการที่โรงแรมนี้ครั้งแรก..ซึ่งสิ่งที่ไม่ประทับใจเลยคือเจ้าหน้าที่ต้อนรับที่แสดงกริยาที่ไม่เป็นมิตรคือไม่ยิ้มแย้มแถมทำท่าเหมือนดูถูกลูกค้าด้วย..อันนี้ต้องทำใจ..ส่วนเรื่องๆอื่นๆถือว่ายอมรับได้ในระดับโรงแรมสามดาว..เพราะได้เปรียบทึ่ยังใหม่อยู่

ที่พักสะอาด เครื่องครัว อุปกรณ์อาบน้ำครบ โอเคมากๆ แนะนำค่ะ เชคอินด้วยตัวเอง จองผ่าน trip ให้โทรหาที่พัก แล้วแอดไลน์เอารหัสกับวิธีเข้าบ้าน

The room was so cleaned and well prepared for me, the guest. Nothing to complain about the room. I am most forget that I was there because everything they prepare was just make me feel like home. Really appreciated it.
