J Park Hotel

Japan Park Hotel is located far away from shopping, bars, restaurants and mall. But they got 2 great restaurants (one Japanese) inside J Park area, also a small 7/11 with coffee machine with Latte hot/cold. J Park also has a good fitness room. The Onsen is included for guests, Sauna, hot spring and relax room. The separate female side got a steamroom. Our visit in January (2025) we had a different room with a comfortable bed, this time in February (2025) the room we got had a very hard mattress with no overlay mattress, did not sleep as well as our first stay. The staff at the Reception is very friendly, smiling and helpful. Cleaning staff is very polite and smiling and so is the staff at breakfast and both restaurants. Reception at the Onsen is very polite, helpful and smiling. Even the security is very welcoming and smiling. Clean and modern rooms, only minus is the big height to climb into the shower/bathtub. No ATM at the hotel or nearby, bring cash or use a card. Building 5 might be to noicy with the big road near by. We had Building no 4 and it's quite peaceful.

The supply of breakfast is not enough when many guests come in the same time and they are athletes. My friend didn't have breakfast at that time. the next day we decided to get up early to have breakfast. Onsen is free if you stay there. But there was mistaken shoes of one foreigner when I went to onsen. His shoes were disappear. The staff couldnot find it. Someone mistook it by accident I guess.

Great locatiom,easy to travel to any direction such as Pattaya Rayong or Bangkok. The room is spacious. The tub is too high to climb up.

Good hotel in convenient location for those who have work or errands in the Chonburi area.

The day we visit was the unlucky day cause The water pump is broken this is unexpected we knew but the support from hotel is not satisfied, after they said the pump is fixed but our room the water is still black we ask them 3 times to have a look and they said will come at the end nobody come and no informing as well , at the same day we ask for more pillow and blanket and we paid more 150 thb is fine for the cost but we wait for 2hrs and called them 3 times . Another thing our kids found the used condom in the room so this is meant they are not cleaning the room 100% !!!!! What we are really not satisfied here is staff promised with customer but they didnt care dont know why , the toilet not clean enough especially The sink looked like it hadn't been scrubbed. the room quite big and good type
