Le camere sono pulite, i letti sono molto comodi. Devo usare il cibo gratis. Questo posto ha tutto. Ci è un centro fitness, piscina, mini-mart in hotel, e caffè fresco. Il colazione è molto delizioso. Il cibo giapponese è molto delizioso e ragionevolmente prezzito. Sicuramente tornerà a rimanere di nuovo. E' un ottimo hotel. Il personale fornisce il miglior servizio. Chiama dalla stanza e chiede qualsiasi altra cosa, portala subito. 10/10

Camera pulita, cibo buono e personale umile e la camera molto grande ha un buttup, hanno intrattenimento come una TV, io sono di nuovo vicino e l'hotel vicino al ristorante shopping mall, e il bagno è pulito, hanno shuttle gratuito, lavanderia, e iniziare da 10 a 10 pm aprire lounge gratuita come un tè da caffè e torta

Staff - Fluke - front desk, Phu - Pool Bar and Mon - Restaurant were exceptional staff. made my stay very pleasant and were ready to Provide assistance or a smile whenever required - truely lovely people. The hotel is quite new. The rooms are exceptional - stayed on Lvl12 in an executive suite - pay the extra- lvl 13 Gym - excellent . Breakfast - Chinese, English, Continental, Japanese - loved eating here for breakfast and had dinners in the hotel restaurants - never disappointed - great food - you cant go wrong at this fine Hotel!

La stanza è pulita, ma il servizio di ricezione non è molto buono. Stavo due notti, prenotato online. e resterà un'altra notte Andò alla ricezione e chiedendo di rimanere più a lungo e pagherebbe in contanti. La ricezione mi ha detto di andare a prenotare online me stesso. Se dovessimo prenotare online, perché andare a prenotare alla reception?

The room is new, clean, and worth the price. I really like the shower. It is very suitable for a relaxing break. The front desk staff's service is fast and efficient. This is a hotel that I would recommend.

We are a mixed couple (Chinese and UK). The reception staff were very friendly upon check in. Our room was clean and modern. They provide water, shampoo, soap, body wash and a fridge, slippers, bath robe and a safe. Location - the hotel is located a 10 min walk to the Park Market and Toshin Market and a 20 minutes walk to the fish market. It's about a 20 minutes walk to the beach. There's some little shops around the hotel, but be careful on the little back roads due to fast cars. Breakfast - You have to make your breakfast selections on Check in, so you have to know in advance what you wish to eat and drink in the future. The coffee is nice, but the food is just a microwave wrap. It's fine for a breakfast. The first night at the hotel was good, and we got a decent sleep. The second night, we arrived back, and there was a loud game of Mahjong or poker going on next door. The problem is, they put us in a room with a (locked) adjoining door. The door is not sound or light proof. This meant we could hear every word and clink of the ******** chips and had light shining in during the night. We said to reception, but this kept going on. It really puzzles me why they put us into an adjoining room. The next morning, the next door was open, and I saw it's a room without beds, so perhaps designed just as a games room (see last picture). It definitely made me a bit wary that if one of the players had a key, they could open the adjoining door to our room. Definitely avoid the rooms ending in 09 or 10 if you want to guarantee a good sleep. This isn't the fault of the lovely workers. it's a design problem/owners issue.
