Location is good with very clear signage at night on the main road. Plenty of parking spaces. Security staff is very generous, in which he directly bring us an umbrella as it was a bit raining when we arrived there. Receiptionist is very friendly. The hotel building seems still brand new and clean. It is also equipped with 1 lift/elevator and common area, where they sell cup noodles and other snacks for breakfast. The room is equipped with a small desk only on 1 side of the bed. There is also 2 glass bottle of drinking waters. Wifi is stable and super fast. TV only shows local channels. There is a small balcony, where the outdoor AC unit is placed. Bathroom is clean and equipped with a small electric water heater. No electric kettle for drinking tea/coffee is provided, although there is a small fridge in the room. Not much soundproof for the room, but we can still sleep tight because the bed is comfortable.

We are a mixed couple (Chinese and UK).
The reception staff were very friendly upon check in. Our room was clean and modern. They provide water, shampoo, soap, body wash and a fridge, slippers, bath robe and a safe.
Location - the hotel is located a 10 min walk to the Park Market and Toshin Market and a 20 minutes walk to the fish market. It's about a 20 minutes walk to the beach. There's some little shops around the hotel, but be careful on the little back roads due to fast cars.
Breakfast - You have to make your breakfast selections on Check in, so you have to know in advance what you wish to eat and drink in the future. The coffee is nice, but the food is just a microwave wrap. It's fine for a breakfast.
The first night at the hotel was good, and we got a decent sleep. The second night, we arrived back, and there was a loud game of Mahjong or poker going on next door. The problem is, they put us in a room with a (locked) adjoining door. The door is not sound or light proof. This meant we could hear every word and clink of the ******** chips and had light shining in during the night. We said to reception, but this kept going on. It really puzzles me why they put us into an adjoining room. The next morning, the next door was open, and I saw it's a room without beds, so perhaps designed just as a games room (see last picture). It definitely made me a bit wary that if one of the players had a key, they could open the adjoining door to our room. Definitely avoid the rooms ending in 09 or 10 if you want to guarantee a good sleep. This isn't the fault of the lovely workers. it's a design problem/owners issue.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in una Villa Room (nessun colazione). Probabilmente avremmo dovuto leggere più recensioni prima di arrivare, perché ci è stato dato un VR alla fine di distanza del terreno dell'hotel ... e posso assicurarti che è grande. Ci ha portato a una passeggiata decente (6-7min) per arrivare alla ricezione/ingresso principale, e 10 minuti per arrivare alla piscina. La ”Villa” stessa (in pratica 1 bella camera e una bagno) era OK, anche se poteva fare con un lick di pittura e qualche carpenteria all'esterno. Eccellente connessione Wi-Fi. Molto pulito. Personale amichevole.

Excellent location with only few minutes to beach and restaurants and หอยจ๊อวรรณา which is very famous and super yummy! Reception is very helpful and seeks for all possible options to support my request in getting double bed room. Living room with kitchen and all necessary utensils and equipments are convenient and enough for short stay.
Challenge will only be to get the parking space near the building you are assigned.

Non aspettate il lusso, è fondamentale, ma poi pagate un prezzo molto basilare così equo. Tutto funziona bene: aria condizionata, doccia, buon balcone con grandi viste. Non aspettate nessun TV inglese. Il Bangsaen è usato principalmente dalla Thailandia, che si trova alla fine della promenade in una sezione non sviluppata utilizzata dai pescatori locali.

The hotel is quite new. The rooms are exceptional - stayed on Lvl12 in an executive suite - pay the extra- lvl 13 Gym - excellent . Breakfast - Chinese, English, Continental, Japanese - loved eating here for breakfast and had dinners in the hotel restaurants - never disappointed - great food - you cant go wrong at this fine Hotel!

DDickZeThe rather large hotel is located directly on the busy Beach Road. Since there is no direct connection to the sea I would hesitate to call this a resort. The main building is set back and there are two wings reaching forward like the claws of a crab. The tips are very close to the road and we were unlucky enough to get a room at the very end of the tip. Check in procedure was quick and efficient. The room is very standard and old-style. No electric outlets at the beds and not that many on the other side. Curtains are not light proof. There is a fridge but there are only two bottles of water in it. Not easy to understand why there are no drinks, I am happy to pay for them. The A/C is very loud. Any attempt to control the fan speed failed. Whatever the setting, it remained at full speed, or so it seemed. The bathroom sink has a stop that is always closed. After washing hands or cleaning teeth you need to stick your hand in the dirty water in order to pull the plus and drain the sink. There is room service for food at a good price and as the only restaurant open was an unpleasant looking bakery shop we had food sent to the room. This was quite OK, but the only place to eat it was at a table on the balcony. Out there it is very loud from the street noise and the irritating whining of the jet ski's on the sea. Not enjoyable or relaxing. So try the swimming pool. This is large but only 1.20 m deep. Just enough for swimming. Of the twelve (!) reclining beds that I counted none was free, so you have to sit on the stone ridge. I saw people with towels, but no idea how to get them. There was no staff at the pool. And then the worst part. It was a long weekend with lots of loud traffic on the Beach Road. Cars, trucks, motorcycles. Loud all night till the early morning, sometimes accompanied by fireworks. It eludes me how a caring host could give these noisy rooms to any guest. Breakfast is buffet style with enough choice. For coffee I would have preferred an espresso machine, the coffee served is mediocre. All in all I would rate the hotel no better than average. For the bad two nights I found that maybe a generous ”poor” would be appropriate. However, the core business and care of a hotel is to provide their guests with a good night's sleep. This I did not get for two nights, so my overall experience was terrible and so is my rating. I will never go back there.

JJet564592my wife and I stayed here over the weekend.I chose this property because of the reviews that says it had an excellent location. it does not. it is far removed from anything that's happening on the main drag as it is located at the complete opposite end of where everything is happening. true enough you can take a 20-minute walk in the heat down towards the middle of everything but getting any kind of a motorbike taxi or grab taxi to get back to the property is next to impossible. also the weekend traffic does not move. the weekend traffic is horrific. The service department is large and clean compared to most properties. and that was indeed a factor for me and this part of the description is accurate But the property is minimalist ... you get one small bath towel, although management will bring you another one if you ask and go to the trouble. toiletries were minimal for a service department or hotel and the soap was large enough that you might be able to clean one ear. The cable provider for TV is the cheapest in the area. therefore your selection of channels are minimal and the connection is so poor that most times you can't watch the TV. so if you have children this might be a consideration there is no beach or beach walk outside of the property but there is a pier..the pier and surrounding water is filthy. But to be fair all of the beach and water in bangsean is filthy... if you're looking for a clean somewhat spacious accommodations and you don't care about location this is a good property however be aware of one more thing. for the price offered it also includes breakfast. The breakfast was the most ludicrous breakfast I've ever been offered anywhere in the world. The excuse for not offering the buffet is of course the pandemic. keep in mind those protocols are not followed by any other restaurant ,hotel, or the night market itself. breakfast was one bowl of rice porridge. your help hostage until they decide to deliver it...The breakfast delivery starts at 8:00 a.m. and starts at the 6th floor and works its way downwards.. there is no reason to stay for the one bowl of rice board soup for breakfast. go somewhere else. this too may be a consideration for the price paid for this property in comparison to the competition.

Everything was fairly clean, there were some amenities, and free parking, although there's not much going on in this area - if you don't have a vehicle you will rely on grab. Location is convenient, direct to the beach and 7-11, receptionist couldn’t speak English which I think is kinda ridiculous… also difficult reach them out because always no one there.
