Una volta, ho chiesto un'immediata raffinazione della mia camicia, e in quel momento ho notato che un pulsante mancava dal cappello; quando la camicia mi fu restituita dopo l'irrigazione, il personale di custodia aveva sigillato un nuovo pulsante. La loro attenzione al dettaglio e la loro pensiero mi ha davvero eccitato. Quando torno a Ben Tre per lavoro, mi piace davvero stare in questo hotel.

Abbiamo viaggiato oltre 25 ore di volo con un bambino a Mekong Delta. Prima abbiamo chiamato telefonicamente all'hotel e abbiamo fatto prenotare una stanza per diversi giorni. All'arrivo, la signora ha detto al ricevimento che purtroppo ci sono solo camere con un 30% premio e che il nostro bambino di 9 anni deve pagare ancora il 20% del prezzo della camera ... per cosa? ! Non ci sono letti extra, nessuna camera più grande, ma richiedere un supplemento al check-in! Pensava che non ci avesse mai offerto i prezzi più bassi. Dopo di che volevamo parlare con la direttrice generale dell'affermato 4 stelle hotel. Purtroppo, non era possibile come ci ha detto la signora ricevitrice. 10 minuti dopo un giovane uomo si è incontrato come manager e ha cercato di bellificare la situazione. In camera si è profumata di funghi e di scarico dal bagno. Il tetto era sporco, pieno e odorevole. Dalla frigorifera calda, le feci si sono incontrate. Il nostro bambino voleva entrare nella piscina, ma era triste e non curato. I mobili erano tutti ugualmente cattivi e pericolosi per la salute. Le immagini dicono più di mille parole! Non è assolutamente 4 stelle di impianti, il servizio di personale individuale sembra un mercato basso corrotto dove l'istruzione e la cortesia non hanno un ruolo importante. Peccato che non si sia ancora reso conto nella gestione degli hotel che gli ospiti di hotel si aspettano altro per i loro soldi. Evitare questo buco di merda e godersi la regione del Mekong delta del Vietnam.

Rimasi a Song Tien a My Tho, sulla strada verso altre città di Mekong. Era molto confortevole e eccellente posizione sul fronte del fiume. Il personale è grande e Tuan sul desk front stava guardandoci molto bene. Il suo inglese è eccellente Non lontano dal tempio di Vinh Trang che ha giardini bellissimi e alcune delle più grandi statue di Buddha in Vietnam Il tempio data fino a circa 1840 e sembra quasi indiano dal fronte. Resterò presto!

Mình vừa trải qua kỳ nghỉ 3 ngày 2 đêm tại Khách sạn Cửu Long ở Mỹ Tho Tiền Giang. Thực sự mình rất ấn tượng và cực kỳ happy vì đã gặp được những con người Tiền Giang thân thiện và khách sạn Cửu Long hoàn toàn hoàn hảo theo ý muốn của mình. Từ nhân viên, Lễ Tân tới Quản lý, tất cả đều quá chuyên nghiệp, phòng ốc cực kỳ sạch sẽ và làm mình rất hài lòng. Món ăn cực kỳ ngon, vừa có món đặc sản Tiền Giang (hủ tiếu) lại có các món Âu nữa, mình là 1 đầu bếp nhưng thật khi đến đây ăn cảm giác rất hài lòng ok. Nếu có quay lại, nhất định sẽ chọn Cửu Long. Thân chào!

Gorgeous retreat along the Mekong River. We stayed in one of the garden bungalows and had such a peaceful and lovely time after our frenetic few days in Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel grounds are beautiful with wonderful landscaping of the lush, natural greenery. Breakfast is included and is taken in the open air lounge looking onto the pool and the river. The pool itself is beautiful with plenty of loungers and a good mix of sun and shade, and you can watch the Mekong River drift by as you enjoy a drink from the bar a few steps away. The staff at The Island Lodge really made the whole experience extra special - everyone was so kind and welcoming to my husband and I during our stay. Chau (the manager) was absolutely the best - she was so helpful and attentive to all of our requests, coordinating with her staff to ensure we were well taken care of the entire time. She gave us recommendations of local restaurants and some sightseeing places in My Tho, too, when we wanted to venture out, and helped arrange our transportation. The hotel is very secluded and a bit out of the way from the town and other attractions but for this kind of property I believe that is sort of the point. We chose to stay here for a few days between Ho Chi Minh and a river cruise leaving from Can Tho. I would highly recommend staying here if you plan to go to the Mekong Delta area (it’s worth a stay on its own, even if you DIDN’T already plan on coming to the area)! ❤️
