St George Beach Hotel & Spa Resort

This is our second year here and as I write this review in our hotel room although I am sad we’re going back Saturday at least I’m happy that we have already booked for next year.We came a week later this year so we could try the Italian and Greek restaurants that don’t open till May,and we weren’t disappointed in fact the Italian is our favourite and we’re going again tomorrow.This hotel is so great even 5 stars is not enough,everything about this hotel works.The staff,rooms,food,entertainment and general ambience is of the highest quality.If you can’t find something you like to eat here then stay home and have take aways there is so much choice hot and cold.The holiday starts with a warm welcome at reception and continues like that throughout the whole holiday as all the staff are so friendly and deserve every monetary tip that they get.Can’t wait till next April,thank you everyone at St George’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Incredible hotel! So many options to choose from for places to eat. Theirs the Italian bar in the day, breakfast, lunch, evening buffet along with two special dining restaurants you get one visit to each during your stay! Chico and the entertainment team were fantastic!! He always braught a smile to our faces and made sure their was loads on through the day. We did archery and boules and had such a laugh but their where a lot of activities if you wish to partake. We also did the aqua zumba with his colleague who was also incredible and really fun! We will 100% be retuning the second we get a chance to. All the staff were friendly and helpful and made our trip amazing ❤️

On arrival we were welcomed by very nice and knowledgeable staff and a glass of prosecco, our luggage was taken to our room for us,the hotel is on different levels, which did take a bit of working out, but easier every day, our room was large and clean the bed was massive our toilet large with a walk in shower, our balcony overlooking the sea,had a table and two chairs, the restaurants are amazing, wether the buffet, American, Italian, Greek or Asian,the food is fantastic,the pools are spotless,and great thing is you get a allocated sun bed, which you can change,on our first day we were at the beach, but on asking to move nearer to the pool this happened on the second day, entertainment at night is first class,there is plenty snack sites aswell putting out food up till midnight,the swin up pool bar is great the staff here are amazing, and I am not just saying it, this hotel and holiday was that good we booked again for next year, amazing

3 days deep. What a hotel. Food and drinks are very good. Ask for premium spirits. Espresso martinis and Mojitos 👍🏻 All staff are great. Only visited the Asian restaurant so far in our 6 a la carte allowance. ( 10 night stay ) highly recommend it. Looking forward to the rest. Can’t fault this hotel. Only thing I would advise is bring some earplugs if you fancy an early night and don’t fancy listening to the outside entertainment. Or a not so early night and don’t fancy listening to your neighbours. Definitely not double glazed patio doors. Not going to spoil our holiday as it’s a great hotel and all the staff are a credit to the hotel.

This is a very good hotel, the staff are all friendly, hardworking and helpful. Everywhere is very clean, including the rooms. Sun-bed allocation works really well with many different areas choose from. Food, snacks, cakes and drinks are all excellent. Entertainment is what you make it, typical of a hotel in Cyprus and the team work really hard to help you have fun, if that’s what you want. One very good point is that there are lots of different places to sit in the evening, as a party of 7 we never had to search for seats. Outside of the hotel there are a few bars/restaurants, a very well stocked supermarket and a bus route, to the front is a lovely coastal path.

Don’t get me wrong, the hotel is lovely but they do not cater or worse, even care for guests with disabilities. We booked a garden suite as I am autistic and the suite has privacy with their own sun loungers. I paid extra for the room and don’t mind doing this at all so I can manage my challenges. On arrival, I was told we had been upgraded to an executive suite. I questioned this as I asked if it still have the privacy. I was told to try the room for one night and see how I got on. That was a no then! I said I would prefer the garden suite and was told they didn’t have any. So it’s not that I got a free upgrade, it’s that they have cocked up and given my room away. I was told there would be a garden suite available in the morning for us. I was told nothing could be done and to speak to the manager in the morning. The manager in the morning was less than interested and said nothing he could do and even worse, there was no garden suite available until the 3rd day of our holiday. I questioned this and said we were told the previous evening there would be one available in the morning. I got told I was lying. I explained about my disability and the need for quiet. It fell on deaf ears! Asked for money back and was told this was not possible as we had been given an upgrade for free. I said I haven’t asked for this upgrade and it’s not an upgrade since it doesn’t have a lot of the things I booked the garden suite for. I was then told they would send a complimentary platter and champagne to our room! I am all inclusive! It just gets worse! We are still here and our holiday rep is dealing with this now but avoid this hotel if you have disabilities, they don’t care less
