As hotels go, it’s relatively modern but the modernness is at odds with the surrounding area and street. It appears to be used primarily for functions and large events and groups. The staff are welcoming and provide a good level of service. The rooms, whilst large, seem to be missing something (like a desk perhaps). There’s no tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Moreover the size of the corridors and the general layout means noise travels through the building. Annoying when you’re trying to sleep. Beds are comfy, shower pressure is good. There’s nothing in the vicinity of the hotel if you fancy wandering out on an evening. The road isn’t lit and you’re quite far up the street that you feel unsure venturing out at night.

I ***** with my family stayed in room # 221 for two nights on 30 Mar and 31 Mar 2024. It was a family room appointed with one king double bed and one king single bed. Ideal for a couple and a third person. The room was quite large and so was the bathroom. The hotel is neat and clean and just a notch above basic. Ample parking space. Staying facility available for your driver but no complimentary meals for him. Only vegetarian mals are served here. Location is good in a lively street just 3 or 4 kilometres from the main attraction of Chittorgarh, the Fort. Staff are quite helpful, cooperative and polite. Problems: The wardrobe is poorly designed. The hanger rod is set so high that even a six foot person like me had to stand on my toes to hang a garment up there. Absolutely useless! The hotel does not provide minibar in the room which is unacceptable. Other than that no issue that could cause disappointment.

Very nice staff and property. The view of the property is Chittorgarh fort itself. The night view is awesome and the properties recommended for the stay in Chittorgarh. Food quality and service is also very nice. The property is very clean and hygienic and recommended for family as well.

Pros - the front office is spacious; check in was prompt too. - good accomodation, spacious bathroom - booked a suite room with enough capacity to have a third bed. -tea/coffee provision were good inside the room. - the breakfast served was good although there was no buffet breakfast. - staff was courteous and patient. Do not go with high expectations of too much hospitality because the ground staff are local. But they treat you with respect and regards - Thanks to the manager Mr. Kalyan Singh for making our one night stay a pleasant experience. - in case of being accompanied by a driver, the property does have a driver's room for them to rest. Suggestions - A balcony with a view should be considered in suite. The arrangement of the bedding against the window of the suite was such that it could not give us a great view of the fort. - it's about a 10-15 minute distance from the fort. - it will be good to have a bed instead of mattress as it tends to become cold at night.

I have booked a room with them through MMT. But when v reached the hotel,pets control was done in all the rooms.when v insisted them to refund our amount. They started arguing.plus when ask them to change the room they demanded additional amount. All this happened at min night 12o clock. Worse experience

it's very nice resort for family stay because here kids & adults both swimming pool fecilities is available,here big car parking space, food & service very good, we have booked femily suite room,in room amenities and cleaning much better,
