"Dear imagica hotel team, i wanted to express my appreciation for the exceptional service and hospitality i received during my recent stay at your hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. However, i was disappointed with the breakfast experience. While i understand that options may be limited, i was surprised to find a restricted menu. Moreover, when i requested some additional items, the staff seemed unwilling to accommodate my requests, which was disappointing. Despite this, i appreciate the efforts of the front desk and housekeeping staff, who were friendly and efficient. Please pass ***** my thanks to them. I hope you will consider expanding your breakfast options and training your staff to be more accommodating to guest's requests. I would still recommend your hotel to others, but with the caveat to be prepared for a limited breakfast selection. Best regards, amit raman"

UUtente ospiteThe hotel was right next to the railway station. It was clean but some repair works were going on during our stay. The food menu was not that good. Also, there was no lift in the hotel. Good for one-night stay.

UUtente ospiteIt is near to station and staff is polite. But there are some facts which i need to put. The super deluxe room has no window. The back up power slow is not good and we were without supply for more than there for four hours. You had to ask for toiletries and towel. The food has limited menu but taste is good. The hotel staff is polite. Hope they put efforts for our concerns.

Grande area di cena, ma il cibo è medio al meglio mentre è un tad sul lato costoso di una città come Chittorgarh, anche se un massiccio plus è che questo hotel serve cibo non vegetariano, Ricorda che questa è una città in cui la maggior parte degli hotel/restauranti sono puramente vegetariani. Ho sentito che il personale cucina/restaurante ha bisogno di un po' di formazione. L'hotel è situato in un centro dove tutto ciò che avete bisogno può essere trovato entro un chilometro di raggio. Il parcheggio è disponibile in strada al di fuori dell'entrata dell'hotel. In generale, la nostra esperienza è stata molto piacevole!

UUtente ospiteThis property needs to be improved in terms of cleanliness. Need more staff members to open the main gate, for kitchen and for the luggage pick up. Only one person was roaming here and there for the work. Still he was smiling and doing work. Food is tasty, but needs to have some options. They only served two things. Rest the overall experience was good.

We have booked fort view suite room, and it has a nice fort view. Rooftop restaurant is very good at affordable prices. I would suggest this hotel to others. Only they do not have designated car parking but arrange at hotel's corners.
