If i had not made advance payment i would have never stayed at this hotel it was a terrible experience there was no room service bathrooms were dirty. I got a feeling that i got trapped

Although the room was big enough but washroom was mot even half a size, ac wasnt working, staff was least interested in serving, i was travel-ling with my parents who are 70+ and the room was given on third floor, with no lift in the hotel!
kindly take the strictest action against the hotel and its owner!

Location is good. The hotel management tried to accommodate in substandard room with very dirty bathroom, transparent see through glass window without curtain, wall stained with betel spitting. On protest they accommodate in little better room. We had to run after for every small things. And this was with with many guests. Totally unprofessional approach.

Lift is not available. Room allotted on second floor. There is no room service. Flush of washroom not repaired till date in spite of complaint raised on first day of occupying the room.
