Portom International Hokkaido

Connected to the international terminal with lots of signage. A lawsons right outside about 2 mins walk but closes after 11.30pm and there is no room service. Onsen open all night until 10am. Very nice chilled out proper 5 star experience with nice products, nice slippers, thoroughly clean and spacious rooms. Our room looked right out onto the runway covered in snow. The WiFi was not great, and when I called down for help the lady tartly replied “I don’t know how else to help you”. The password is specific to each room but requires you to agree to an additional privacy policy which doesn’t really want to pop up when you need it to. Frustrating! But the rest of our short stay was fabulous indeed

I can say this place is flawless. With 5stars service and nice staff, Thai staff is very friendly and welcoming! I would definitely go there again if I had a chance.

Very high tech, modern and glam hotel right at the airport. Good place to stay if the day of flight is early or lazy to go anywhere else. But do note that by 8pm most of the eateries and shops will start closing (I thought can shop till late at the airport). Wish it was an onsen and not public bath style. But other than that good experience. Didn’t get breakfast as wanted to save money.

By far the best hotel we have stayed in our first Hokkaido ski trip! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can’t compliment it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Andrea Antonio (I hope I spelled the name right!) who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He even helped us arrange a lovely dinner and a traditional tea ceremony, which added such a special touch to our trip. The hotel itself is stunning, especially during the Christmas season! They had an incredible display in the lobby — a real cookie house, which was so impressive. Andrea told us it was built by their in-house pastry chef, and I can’t even begin to describe the level of detail in it. Truly an amazing work of art, and huge credit goes to those talented hands behind it. Our room was fantastic — the highlight being the automatic blinds that you could control just by tapping our room card! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with a luxurious bathtub. Though we didn’t get to use the tub (since we were enjoying the onsen), it was a nice touch. Speaking of the onsen, it was a real treat! We loved spending time there, though there was a small hiccup when the water ran out after 11pm. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but it would’ve been nice if it had been available for a little longer. Overall, the service was impeccable, the room was fantastic, and the onsen was super relaxing. I would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Sapporo!

Hotel is very nice,everything is superb. Thank you Very nice onsen with every amenities you need. A spacious lobby with welcome drink. The service is 5 stars rate of course the price too. The hotel location is near to international flight checking counter, very convenient if you taking early flight.

Awesome hotel with superb service. Family friendly. Provide amenities for kids too! Onsen was clean and nice.
