Hotel in zona Stonehenge Bubuieci, Chisinau

It was my first time in Chisinau and I stayed in Courtyard by Marriott for 2 nights. From check in to check out, it was a memorable stay. Entire staff were amazing with good qualities of hospitality understanding. I would like to extend my appriciations to Ekta and Maxim from reception and Rynul from restaurant. Keep up the good work.

Il mio soggiorno all'hotel : nessun ascensore , nessun bagno , nessuna acqua . Buona cosa accanto a lui , andare a comprare .Tutto sul sito dice che è incluso nel costo , e non nel living.L'unico plus è puro . In camera da letto, la matrigna è terribile, tutte in primavera, è impossibile mentire.Sulla ragazza respiratoria Yulia, non benvenuta, non benvenuta e questo membro del personale è respiratorio?!È come se fosse tornata a casa sua. L'aspetto non è adatto per l'hotel, non presentativo, non nemmeno un badge di nome (e sono 4 stelle per un minuto)Non si siede nemmeno nel suo posto di lavoro, non è sempre sul respiratorio.Voglio prestare attenzione alla gestione dell'hotel, Chi si prende per lavorare .E così si può rimanere senza clienti .Non consiglio nessuno per questo denaro , restare in questo hotel .

Questo hotel rende il suo nome onorevole! E 'un hotel nobile e lussuoso in posizione centrale con assistenza personale. La ricezione, la mappa di visita di ogni hotel, è tanto competente quanto preconcessa. Le vostre richieste sono soddisfatte quanto prima e quanto prima, le incongruenze sono risolte d'accordo. La mangiare del front desk è molto eccellente! L'hotel è completamente molto ampio e ben attrezzato. La mia camera era generosa, il letto permette un meraviglioso comfort di sonno e gli articoli di cura sono di qualità eccellente. L'intera casa è mantenuta con il fulmine. Il ristorante è considerato il migliore a Chisinau. Giusto! La vista è grande, la cucina è stata in grado. La colazione eccellente può essere selezionata a la carta e serve al tavolo. Il personale del servizio è meglio formato. Un superiore mi ha servito con piacere anche in tedesco. Il personale è inoltre molto ben parlato in inglese, e mi sono sentito molto bene e sono anche felice di poter vivere un hotel così bello nella capitale della Repubblica moldova. Anche la struttura dei prezzi è assolutamente inadeguata... Unico punto critico: il bellissimo spa è utilizzato solo per 30 minuti e solo dopo la prenotazione per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Forse la direzione dell'hotel troverà una soluzione migliore. Perche' non ho ancora sperimentato qualcosa di simile in un hotel 5 stelle a livello mondiale. It’s the best hotel of Radisson chain I have ever visit. Exception services, helpful staff, comfortable beds, fluffiest pillows, the most tasty breakfasts with variety of local farmer’s food, fresh juices, vegan options. Everything is beyond of my expectations. Special thanks to Stefan for the warm hospitality and great help! We are staying only in this amazing hotel while visiting Chișinău!

I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and was quickly checked in by two receptionists who spoke English well. I was soon on my way to my room on the 4th floor. The room was not very large, but nevertheless adequate. Note that some rooms here are even smaller than mine. The room came with a comfortable bed with sockets by the bed, a desk and a chair as well as a safe, a 0,5 L water bottle (not replenished), a minibar and good A/C. However, there was no coffee table or armchair. Wifi was free, fast, reliable and unlimited. The bathroom was of average size and came with a walk-in shower with excellent water pressure and ample hot water both in the overhead as well as the handheld shower. Note that in addition to the usual tap, the shower has two on/off buttons controlling each shower mode. If those are both in the off position, opening the tap will result in no water coming out and then you might think there is an outage even if there is not; just press the button and water will start flowing. Amenities included hand soap, shampoo and shower gel, all single-use, which I much appreciate. A bathrobe and slippers were provided, as well as a dental kit etc. I found the room to fulfill four star criteria nicely. The hotel opened its doors in June 2023, so it is still brand new and everything was in excellent condition. The room was cleaned daily and felt fresh and clean. I very much liked the old school way of featuring the hotel name on everything from towels to dental kits to bathrobes to shoe cleaning sponges. One letdown, however, was that during my stay, it rained every day but the hotel was not at all prepared. They supposedly had umbrellas at reception, but the most I ever saw was one single umbrella, and this when the sun was shining. Great hotels provide umbrellas in rooms, good hotels hand them out at reception on request, but what kind of hotels frequently run out completely? Fortunately, during heavy rain, they were able to find me one in the back after some persistence, but acquiring more umbrellas seems like a reasonable and much needed investment in my opinion. Breakfast was served in the restaurant from 7:30 to 10:30. It was your usual affair and came with both hot and cold options. I especially liked the Caprese salad and fresh fruit. In addition to the usual international fare they had some local items as well. Breakfast gave you a good start of the day and was included in the room rate. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner at reasonable prices, but I did not try it out. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, next to Cathedral Park. There is a supermarket and a money exchange booth right next to the hotel. The airport trolleybus is a few minutes away on the main street Bulevardul Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt and will take you to the airport in 40 minutes. Ho prenotato questo hotel per 7 notti e mentre ero lì, il mio viaggio è stato ridotto di un giorno. Il mio assistente ha chiesto se potremmo ridotto il soggiorno di un giorno e se questo sarebbe stato pagato. Il manager dell'hotel ha risposto: ”Confirmiamo di annullare l'ultima notte e non costa questo cambiamento.” Quindi, suppongo che l'ultima notte non fosse stata pagata. E in effetti, il conto dell'hotel è stato abbassato da 18.900 MDL a 16.200 MDL. Tuttavia, l'importo della carta di credito, convertito in euro, è equivalente a 18.900 MDL. Quando ha chiesto di correggerlo, il manager dell'hotel ha dichiarato che si pagano per l'ultima notte perché era un tasso non rimborsabile, ma non hanno pagato nulla per cambiare da 7 a 6 Notte. (???? non rimborsabile OK ma non ha mai avuto un hotel a pagamento per abbreviare un soggiorno, questo è un argomento assurdo !!!) In sostanza, il manager dell'hotel ha solo pensato che non controlleremo cosa realmente è stato a pagamento per la carta di credito. Hotel Manager: ... Non prendete persone per stupido ... Mi dispiace, avete appena perso un cliente, ... e immagino che altri che passano attraverso le recensioni!

Thomas Albert is phenomenal; very well one of the best hotels I've stayed in during my European (Western and Eastern) and Balkan solo tour! The hotel is ideally located in the centre of town. You can walk to the main plaza where all of then sightseeing in a matter of 10 minutes. There are many restaurants, cafes, wine bars, currency exchange booths and shops around the hotel, as well as a medium sized supermarket called Linella about 400 metres from the hotel. Rooms are spacious and elegantly designed. I simply loved the clean decor and lighting in the room. The bed was large and luxurious and I had my best sleeps in months! The duvet and pillows were the exact desired firmness and the mattress was also the perfect firmness! The bedding felt clean, crisp and brand new! The bathroom was very spacious and functional. I was positively amazed at all of the extra toiletries provided including large dispensers of hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body gel all of excellent quality! The toilet was very modern, and the shower was a large walk-in shower equipped with your choice of adjustable shower head or overhead rain shower. The water temperature and pressure were consistent and just right! The towels were fluffy and the brightest white you could imagine! The hotel will offer free toiletries including toothpaste, toothbrush on request, which I also thought was very throughout. There was a small vanity kit, vanity mirror and a shower cap also in the shower. The room was tastefully decorated with black and white photos, and was furnished with a large desk, a folding luggage storage rack, two bed side tables with soft above bed lighting, a large two door luggage storage cabinet with shelving, hangers, an electronic safe, an ironing table, shoe shown/polish, and slippers to wear in the room. There was also a large flatscreen tv in the room with plenty of international (English) channels to choose from, including CNN, National Geographic, BBC News, movie and entertainment channels. Wifi was secure/password-protected and very strong in the room and throughout the 3 story boutique hotel! Air conditioning was exceptional, and kept the room at the desired temperature with excellent air flow. The room also came with a mini fridge well stocked with mini bar items, complimentary water replenished daily, a little bedside chocolate on check-in, two elegant wine glasses with bottled local wine for purchase (100 Moldovan lei), a wine opener, an electric kettle, two espresso cups with saucers, two large coffee mugs, a nespresso style automatic coffee machine with two coffee capsules and a mixture of sugar, sweeteners and creamers. It was the little touches like above that brightened my day and made my stay the most comfortable it could be! The hotel also offers a self-use laundry service which I thought was genius. They even provide Euro coins for you to kick-start the machine and attentive staff monitor the laundry cycle. A 90 minute cycle costs 2

Good place for the money they charge. Employees were super friendly. Hotel is perfect if you need to stay a day or so until you continue your trip. 10 minutes drive from North Bus Station and 25 from the airport. Receptionist Elena made me a box with my breakfast, which was so nice)
