Hotel in zona Parcul "Cuza Vodă", Chisinau

Stayed a total of 8 (5+3) nights - this was my base for exploring Moldova. Located a short walk from the main railway station, many shops and restaurants, and a longer walk from the main city sights. Secluded and quiet location. Very spacious rooms. Amenities included refrigerator and electric kettle. Sufficient number of electric outlets. Comfortable bed and pillows. Well lit desk areas. Bathroom with everything in working order in the first room, slow draining shower in the second room. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. As for the negatives, both rooms were on the top floor and had sloped ceilings and sky lights. Especially in the second room, the sloped ceiling came down very low especially near the table area, and I hit my head a couple of times. The sky lights make using an eye mask essential if you don't want to wake up very early. Both rooms had big metal saddles between the room and the bathroom, which can cause tripping, especially at night. Good wifi. Pleasant, helpful staff. Overall a very good value.

È stata la mia prima volta in Moldova. Qualsiasi membro del personale che ho incontrato, sia sul desk front, sia nel bar/restaurante parlava molto bene inglese. Il personale presso la reception è stato particolarmente utile. Sono felici di aiutare con un check-out tardivo, come avevo un volo tardivo, e anche con l'ordine di un taxi all'aeroporto. La stanza era spaziosa. Grande bagno. Camera confortevole. Caffè macchina e un caldo nella stanza. Il minibar è ben arredate con snack se non vuoi andare in negozi (anche se ci sono negozi a piedi dall'hotel). Situazione conveniente per la stazione ferroviaria. È a piedi se si ottiene il treno di notte da Bucarest. Città centro un po 'di passo, ma non troppo lontano. Circa 20 minuti a piedi dall'Arco Triumfalo. Circa 30 minuti a piedi dal Museo di Etnografia e Storia Naturale. In generale, uno degli hotel più bello che ho soggiornato. In particolare, il personale di ricezione è brillante. Non c'è problema per loro e sarei felice di rimanere di nuovo.

Il mio soggiorno all'hotel : nessun ascensore , nessun bagno , nessuna acqua . Buona cosa accanto a lui , andare a comprare .Tutto sul sito dice che è incluso nel costo , e non nel living.L'unico plus è puro . In camera da letto, la matrigna è terribile, tutte in primavera, è impossibile mentire.Sulla ragazza respiratoria Yulia, non benvenuta, non benvenuta e questo membro del personale è respiratorio?!È come se fosse tornata a casa sua. L'aspetto non è adatto per l'hotel, non presentativo, non nemmeno un badge di nome (e sono 4 stelle per un minuto)Non si siede nemmeno nel suo posto di lavoro, non è sempre sul respiratorio.Voglio prestare attenzione alla gestione dell'hotel, Chi si prende per lavorare .E così si può rimanere senza clienti .Non consiglio nessuno per questo denaro , restare in questo hotel .

After reading many reviews, we chose this hotel for a three night early summer break. The number 30 airport trolleybus (town hall stop) is a five minute walk from the hotel. The hotel overlooks a park close to the arc triumph and cathedral. There are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants within the vicinity. Opposite the hotel is the Fuior restaurant (see separate TA report) which offers a modern twist on Moldovan cuisine. The ground floor reception area includes a bar and seat area. Head to the 5th floor, and you will find the fitness / spa, Luds bar and grill, and the breakfast room. The receptionist who checked us in we presumed was having a bad day. She didn’t smile and was very perfunctory. Not a good start! However, the following eve, I asked the young male receptionist if they were able to charge my iPad due to broken lead. He was extremely helpful, and willingly charged my iPad. A very happy receptionist with a big smile. He deserves a recommendation from the management, We were allocated a room on the 4th floor. A very good size with twin beds, hanging space (a few more hangers would help), tea / coffee making facility, mini bar, air con, flat screen tv and writing desk. The shower room was modern and came with toiletries. The single beds were comfortable. Note that the room has a big full length mirror which is rare in many hotels. As per other reviews, the walls are rather thin, and you can hear your neighbours talking / tv. Be kind to your room neighbours and keep volume to acceptable level. The breakfast room is located on the 5th floor. I have travelled to many countries and I have to say this was one of the best breakfasts I have had. Plenty of hot and cold choices including smoked salmon, herring and Moldovan sparkling wine. The only thing missing (for me personally) was English breakfast tea. The barman who was making coffees made them to perfection. Luds bar and grill. This is located past the breakfast room. We decided to eat here on our last night. There are menus in the bedrooms so you can choose before you get there or order as room service. First tho we had to find the bar. A sign on a closed door at end of the corridor..,on opening we found a bright lively bar and grill. What a wonderful find! Being a bit lazy we both ordered the big kahuna burger and chips, followed by strudel. Both were very tasty and large portions - and excellent value! Thanks to Ivan the barman for excellent service. We enjoyed a good few hours at Luds. Note to hotel…get some decent signs from lift to Luds and keep the door open! Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Location, good size room, excellent breakfast, super bar/food. A great choice for your Chisinau stay.

I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and was quickly checked in by two receptionists who spoke English well. I was soon on my way to my room on the 4th floor. The room was not very large, but nevertheless adequate. Note that some rooms here are even smaller than mine. The room came with a comfortable bed with sockets by the bed, a desk and a chair as well as a safe, a 0,5 L water bottle (not replenished), a minibar and good A/C. However, there was no coffee table or armchair. Wifi was free, fast, reliable and unlimited. The bathroom was of average size and came with a walk-in shower with excellent water pressure and ample hot water both in the overhead as well as the handheld shower. Note that in addition to the usual tap, the shower has two on/off buttons controlling each shower mode. If those are both in the off position, opening the tap will result in no water coming out and then you might think there is an outage even if there is not; just press the button and water will start flowing. Amenities included hand soap, shampoo and shower gel, all single-use, which I much appreciate. A bathrobe and slippers were provided, as well as a dental kit etc. I found the room to fulfill four star criteria nicely. The hotel opened its doors in June 2023, so it is still brand new and everything was in excellent condition. The room was cleaned daily and felt fresh and clean. I very much liked the old school way of featuring the hotel name on everything from towels to dental kits to bathrobes to shoe cleaning sponges. One letdown, however, was that during my stay, it rained every day but the hotel was not at all prepared. They supposedly had umbrellas at reception, but the most I ever saw was one single umbrella, and this when the sun was shining. Great hotels provide umbrellas in rooms, good hotels hand them out at reception on request, but what kind of hotels frequently run out completely? Fortunately, during heavy rain, they were able to find me one in the back after some persistence, but acquiring more umbrellas seems like a reasonable and much needed investment in my opinion. Breakfast was served in the restaurant from 7:30 to 10:30. It was your usual affair and came with both hot and cold options. I especially liked the Caprese salad and fresh fruit. In addition to the usual international fare they had some local items as well. Breakfast gave you a good start of the day and was included in the room rate. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner at reasonable prices, but I did not try it out. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, next to Cathedral Park. There is a supermarket and a money exchange booth right next to the hotel. The airport trolleybus is a few minutes away on the main street Bulevardul Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt and will take you to the airport in 40 minutes. Обслуживание понравилось, дежурный администратор отвечала на все вопросы вежливо и корректно. Проводила до номера , всё рассказала и показала. Также быстро рано утром приняла номер при выселении.

L'hotel si fermò solo poche ore dopo un lungo trasferimento di auto. Il giorno successivo presto partenza. Arrivò circa le 23:00 ora locale. Quando la prenotazione è stata fatta, la nota è stata informata che la barra di registrazione era in corso fino alle 8:00 e che il successivo check-in è stato avvertito. Il sito web dell'hotel aveva un numero di telefono cellulare che era collegato a VIBER e ha contattato l'hotel. Il primo, confermato la presenza della mia prenotazione, e il secondo, si è scoperto, la barra di registrazione funziona 24 ore al giorno. La ragazza con la respirazione mi ringraziò per avermi informato del ritardo di arrivo. Al momento dell'arrivo e del check-in, il personale ha potuto fare il loro compito al 💯 %. E le valigie hanno aiutato l'ascensore/deposito e il taxi chiamato rapidamente (non c'era ascensore nell'hotel e per me era invalutabile aiuto). Per capire, ero uno con due bambini piccoli. La stanza era molto piacevole, pulita, fresca, scusa non riusciva a godersi. Poiché siamo partiti molto presto, non abbiamo avuto tempo per colazione, abbiamo fatto una boxe per pranzo, ma è venuto fuori in qualche modo insufficiente (non conseguentemente/inconfortabilmente confezionato), solo yogurt per bambini. E il numero di sacchetti superava il numero di mani. In ogni caso, grazie per la vostra cura, ma è probabilmente necessario pensare al futuro come meglio preparare la boxe per l'almonza degli ospiti.
