"It's a coffee shop located in an old building. Upon check-in, I was given a small loft room; it was so small I could barely stand upright without being near the bed. It was also significantly different from the pictures shown on the booking page. When I requested a room change, the hotel said there were no rooms available. I later complained to Ctrip and received prompt feedback and compensation."

"We stayed for 1 night whilst attending a wedding in the area. Sarah was really helpful in adjusting our booking when we had a last minute change. The room was beautifully appointed, really clean and a super bathroom with excellent shower pressure (and praise be both an overhead shower head and and excellent adjustable handheld shower head). Lovely breakfast in the dining room, requested the day before. We had a great sleep very comfortable bed and very quiet for being in the centre of the town. My only comment was the duvet was a little lumpy and could perhaps do with a change. As the wadding had settled unevenly despite a good shake ! But this was very minor. Would definitely recommend and return to this lovely neck if the woods"

"Siamo entrati per pranzo domenica, il posto era occupato, ma il servizio è buono. Troviamo il tè e il caffè di buona qualità, i sandwich erano anche buoni, ma piuttosto bassi. Il posto permette ai cani e ha una buona gamma di torte in vendita. La proposta di evitare di uscire fuori è lavastoviglie e un certo numero di persone sono tornate in casa mentre erano stati colpiti da loro."
