"I have had an amazing stay here, very short walk into the town shops very local and even a aldi just outside of the hotel building, and even better train station is less then a 5 minuet walk away , the staff are lovely people too and very welcoming, I personally have had a very good experience with a staff member by the name of Vanessa she is a lovely, bubbly woman and was great help when needed., would definitely recommend!"

Best Western Plus Angel Hotel

"Receptionist in the morning was pleasant had issues in the hotel had to check in later . I asked for 2 double rooms which wasn’t actioned . When checking in later in the day after 4pm a different receptionist gave us 2 double rooms however she was not knowledgeable about the area nor if dinner was from the menu or buffet as she didn’t work in that department ! Miserable girl, hospitality definitely isn’t her forte . Breakfast starts at 8am however the hot breakfast wasn’t laid out till 8;30 and missed our train because of this as we had to rush . It’s imperative breakfast is served at the time stated . Staff were apologetic however this has happened before . Hotel very central and generally very pleasant stay . I would stay again ."

"Buona posizione. Grande parcheggio offre spazio ampio e facile per parcheggio. Il personale è amichevole e reagente. La stanza è pulita, solo un po' rumorosa con il ventilatore di scarico del bagno. Ma la persona interna dell'hotel era gentile e reagente. Il pranzo era un po'smalto."

"Per 2 persone è eccellente per 3 persone come essere tradito. Ho prenotato per 3 persone alloggi che è più alto prezzo per soggiornare per 2 persone. Ho ricevuto una posta dall'hotel che per la terza persona ha bisogno di un letto extra, non ho chiesto. quando abbiamo controllato che il cosiddetto letto era lì. In quel letto di piegatura di primavera nessuno può dormire perché non era equilibrato e doveva essere messo. in realtà sono caduto e poi ho deciso di non dormire su di esso. più tardi ho scoperto l'hotel ha rilevato 25 GBP extra. che non era/non è giustificato. il prodotto che non ho usato, L'hotel mi sta imponendo e costringendomi a pagare."

"I have been travelling the length and breadth of the UK for ＞7 years and this accommodation and experience has been the best of all without exception. Having a self contained Annex with lounge, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen is a far better experience than paying twice the price to stay in an anonymous 4star Hotel room with potentially noisy neighbours etc. Dining out options are good in the local area, but if you have spare time the kitchen is fully equipped to cook any meal."
