They took my money, but the bear hotel in chippenham doesn't exist any more. Its a tapas bar. No hotel there at all. Really upset. Really not good £92 of my money but no hotel stay. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Its closed and has been for quite a while now. When it was open it seemed to always be struggling even pre pandemic. Under staffed and poorly maintained and this continued downward spiral continued until its closure.
