"Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet mit Küche inkl Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Herd und sogar Backofen, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle. Sogar Frischmilch stand im Kühlschrank bereit, eine kleine aber ausreichende Auswahl an Tee und Kaffee und Rohzucker. Das Badezimmer war ausgestattet mit Waschbecken, Dusche, WC plus 2. Becken für Wäsche und Waschmaschine plus Trockner, Föhn. Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Balkon mit 2 Stühlen und Tisch und kleinem Wäscheständer. Das Bett fand ich bequem. Leider waren auf der Zwischendecke aber recht große Flecken. Leider hat der Safe nicht funktioniert, sollte getauscht werden, wurde aber nie gemacht, weil kein funktionierendes Gerät gefunden wurde. Der TV wäre zwar mit allen möglichen Features und Programmen (Netflix, YouTube, Amazon … ) vorgesehen, aber es konnte kein einziges Programm gestartet werden - immer Fehlermeldungen. Selbst nach mehrmaligem neu verbinden mit dem hauseigenen WLAN funktioniert nichts. Die Möbel sind teilweise sehr abgenutzt und gehören ausgetauscht. Teilweise kaputt und Wasserschäden. Der Schrank war so gut wie unbrauchbar, weil man die Türen, die Richtung Bett aufgingen, nur etwa zu einem Drittel öffnen konnte, dann war das Bett im Weg und man könnte nur am Bett sitzend in den Schrank kriechen. Grundsätzlich war es sauber, Geräte wirkten recht neu, aber es gehört dringend mal neu ausgemalen, Fenster und Balkon geputzt, mal die Decke abgesaugt und einige Möbel ersetzt. Personal war durchwegs freundlich und wirkte bemüht."

"La stanza è molto ben attrezzata e arredata. Era una piccola stanza, ma non si sentiva piccola. L'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione centrale che vi porta a molto ovunque nel CBD o nelle vicinanze."

"Was a great nice hotel. Booked with no window for a good sleep. I woild recommend to book with no window room so that its dark and you can get complete sleep even if it is 10 am in the morning."

"Requested for early check-in and was granted, with a free upgrade to Kings room! Wow! Madison even arranged to sent my wife birthday cake and a bottle of wine! Wow! Had a great dinner at Platform 818, they allowed us to bring our welcome drinks from the restaurant to the room, I felt like home here! We checked out via express key drop, went straight to airport, didn’t noticed the outstanding balance from dinner was declined charge due to my credit card problem. However the hotel was very patient and waited for my payment. Finally paid and we felt their service was exceptional! Hotel location excellent: beside Central station, lots of dining options, shopping at Coles, Metro to experience local living. But the gym can be improved: treadmill facing east sunrise can be too glaring."

"Hotel Hacienda Redfern is perfect for an action-packed city break if you won’t be spending much time in your room. Although the room is quite small, it’s clean and comfortable, and the soundproofing does a decent job. However, travelers sensitive to noise should note that the nearby railway can be a bit disruptive. The location is excellent, with easy access to Redfern’s lively bar scene, and it’s only a short stroll or bike ride to both Central and Redfern stations."
