Hotel in zona Marshalls, Chino

La stanza è tranquilla.

Non ho niente da dire, ma questo posto è il mio secondo posto a Los Angeles. Viaggio in Ontario, zone di montagna cinese per fare affari una volta al mese e questo posto è solo sorprendente !! La struttura dell'hotel è molto nuova, la decorazione , la camera, la cucina, i mobili, le aree pubbliche sono trendy, comode. Le persone sono amiche, il loro manager di turni notturni Kevin è molto responsabile, personalizzato e utile! Il colazione ha diverse opzioni ancora sani e facili. Mi piace la vaffla e la farina di oat. C'è una zona pubblica davanti all'hotel con piastrelle di fuoco e bel mobili aperto, si può prendere un po' di vino seduto al fuoco per rilassarsi. La zona circostante è molto conveniente per i viaggiatori, molti ristoranti popolari come Thailandia, fusione, birra pub, cinese, italiano, tè Boba. La maggior parte di essi sono a meno di due miglia. Non importa se viaggiate per affari o per il tempo libero, consiglio molto questo hotel!

From the beginning of the stay to the end, we were in complete dissatisfaction with the way we were treated. We were encouraged by the great reviews on Google and on hotels.com of this location, but unfortunately do not believe what everyone says. Don’t be fooled! After we checked into our hotel we went to get food. After we got food and returned back to our hotel, we noticed that there were blood stains on our bed sheets and comforter, upon looking closely. We were obviously disgusted by this and did not want to use the bedding if it had blood in it, so we called the front desk at that time. The lady at the front desk said that she is very sorry and that she cannot have a maid replace the sheets because there were no maids at that time.Then I asked for a new set of sheets and bedding so that I could replace it myself. The lady said that she will send over the bed sheets as soon as possible. A guy who looks like a new hire by the name of “Colby, Colvy, or Toby” (one of those names, the hotel staff declined to confirm which one), arrived at our hotel room in about 10 or 15 minutes. With an attitude from when we opened our door to greet him, he gave us just the bare set of inner sheets. Upon receiving the sheets, I asked, “Could we get a comforter?”. He responded back saying, “you didn't ask for a comforter, I am giving you bed sheets.” I said back to him, “we need a comforter because the bloody bed sheets touched the comforter hence we would need all new bedding.” With extreme disrespect and rudeness, he said he will go get it. When he returned with the comforter in hand I had the old sheets that had blood on it, all wrapped up. Then he gives me the comforter. I asked him “what do you want me to do with the bloody bed sheets”, and he said “I don't know what you want me to do with it. It's not my job. You know, I am doing you a favor by bringing you these things right now, this isn't even my job, I work at the front desk.” Obviously I was very upset at this and I found this to be extremely unprofessional as the hotel had blood on the sheets, and they should do anything to fix it and to make sure that we are happy. Obviously in this case this employee did not care. When I replied back saying “that this is a problem that needs to be fixed and whoever's working at the hotel needs to be able to help me and not be rude to me, I was replied back with a statement that I would be kicked out for being too disrespectful. Along with this, this individual decided to curse at me and once he started cursing at me, with fear of safety because my girlfriend was also in the bedroom I closed the door and locked it. Despite me closing the door and locking it, this man continued to curse me out and it seems like he almost wanted to fight me saying “F*ck this and f*ck that, come on man, it's like that?!” Then I give a call to the front desk and the same lady answers again, I explain the whole situation and she apologizes. La stanza era buona, non la più pulita o mantenuta.È più come un complesso di appartamenti e il modo in cui è creato ha i noleggianti per lo più permanenti che si affollano fuori e molto interessano i nuovi arrivati di quanto non debbano essere

Il hotel ha scelto di rimanere in hotel perché Claremont Doubletree era più costoso. Inoltre, l'hotel ha chiuso corridoi, che è più sicuro per una donna che viaggia da sola. PRO Hotel pulito Doccia confortevole letto re Frigo e microonde in camera Controllo climatizzato facile da usare Espresso disponibile al ristorante Check in facile. Mei è stato utile e amichevole! CON entrambi i camion in palestra Dusty dietro la notte stand Litter intorno al parcheggio in parcheggio la torre telefonica cellulare è vicino alla proprietà. SNO: $10 giorni per il parcheggio. Ho scelto di parcheggiare nel parcheggio garage. Usato per essere Shilo Inn, più area di Diamond Bar di Pomona. Wendy's è proprio vicino alla porta se si sta cercando patatine e un colpo di latte di cioccolato. Starbucks in fondo alla strada. Stazione di gas proprio lì

Hotel in catena,  negli Stati Uniti è un po'più alto del vacanze, ma l'hotel ha un po'di età e il letto è comodo!La colazione è buona, quattro piatti caldi, è buona negli Stati Uniti!

È stato un soggiorno piacevole la reception ha reso il check-in un gioco da ragazzi ed erano molto gentili e accomodanti la camera era pulita e aveva tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno per il mio soggiorno consiglierei questo hotel e ci tornerei

Mi piace molto la decorazione e l'atmosfera dell'hotel.Il corridoio è pieno di foto storiche dei fondatori dell'hotel e dell'hotel.La stanza è grande e il parcheggio è conveniente.E'una buona scelta di chino. Tuttavia, anche se le strutture sono buone, prestare attenzione all'hotel Chino è vicino all'autostrada, e scegliere di essere prudenti per i passeggeri che non dormono come me.
