Dovrebbe essere un 4 stelle, preso di corsa dal nostro agente di viaggio in sostituzione del Mannar Queen che abbiamo rifiutato. Ci dà anche un upgrade della stanza, prendendo la Premier Room. Il check-in è uno dei più lunghi della mia vita, vogliono anche copia del visto di entrata e non può essere una disposizione governativa perché due ore prima nell’altro non lo hanno chiesto. Anche questo hotel dichiara le 4 stelle e dalle foto sul sito sembrerebbe meritarle. Peccato che non corrispondano alla realtà: ognuno può constatare la differenza con le foto che ho fatto io alla nostra stanza. Aggiungo che non c’è la safety box e nemmeno il phon per i capelli. Senza contare il letto che è appena più grande di un francese da una piazza e mezza. Rientriamo in hotel alle 13,15 e la stanza non è riassettata. Hanno privilegiato le stanze che si sono svuotate degli ospiti (sigh!). Poi organizzano dei lavori sotto le nostre finestre dalle 14,00 alle 16,00 impedendoci di riposare. Se cenate qui mangerete abbastanza bene come self service. Wi-Fi funzionante a singhiozzo. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. L’hotel avrebbe bisogno di un serio restyling delle stanze e degli edifici che ormai paiono semi abbandonati perché poco manutenuti. La mancata corrispondenza delle foto del loro sito con la realtà della mia stanza mi pare una grave mancanza di rispetto nei confronti del cliente, per non dire altro. Non ci tornerei se non costretto da mancanza di alternative.

Spread over 14 acres,sourounded by mountains ad lush green trees this amazing resort with 151 rooms is blending of luxrey,comfort,peace ad tranquilty with an aura,it has a pool,gym,ad offers massages,My cottage 1409 was done in style,410 sq. feet carpet area with 3 large open windows,the dinning area with306 covers has delicious ad large variety,the large proactive work force,Yogesh the F&BChief ad his charming wife the sales excutive were most helpful ad made our stay memorable

The entire team was fabulous... Special appreciation to Front office Gayathri..very able and dutiful....superb...and other front office staff needing special mention are, Ayisha,Angel, Shubam....all were very helpful and Courteous.....Hats of to Yogesh , The head - Food and Beverages....Every breakfast, lunch or Dinner ...he is at every table enquiring about the food and likings ..He was great...Dharmaraj and Bala ...of belldesk were courteous and dutiful .Not the least..a good Chief in Arun and his Assistant Praveen..... Christopher, Associate was entertaining....In total 10 out of 10 for all.

The overall experience is incredible. The behavior of all the staffs were very welcoming, caring and very responsive. Front desk stafs, Managers were very helpful, thanks to Ashiya, Krishnaja, Gayathri, Sourav and all others. The food options are huge with great taste. We had Dinner included in the package at it was worth it. You have many activities within the property for kida and adults. Overall good stay. Thank you, Sankha

Sterling Munnar is highly recommended to make your stays pleasant & memorable. The rooms were clean, well maintained and the valley view was quite a rejuvenating sight in the mornings. What makes the stay special is the courteous staff, great service and superb food served. We had booked the stay for four days and it was made memorable. Special thanks to the Front Office Manager Praveen for seamless checking/checkout recommendations for Munnar and Chef Binu & his team for the lip smacking food!!! Great job done by entire Sterling Munnar team!!

Had a wonderful stay with good hospitality and the staffs were so friendly especially Mr.Praveen who helped us all the way he can. Food quality is so good. Nice place for Family and Children will definitely enjoy a lot and it is a must visit place.

The housekeeping was excellent, the names Mr bala and mr Saravanan were very good.. made our stay very comfortable , the games room ( christofer) and other boy from serling staff made our games room full of joy .. table tennis game was awesome christofer .. the reception team was very helpful (Gayatri ji and others ) thanks for making our memories and our trip successful.. We had a wonderful experience at the resort. It has a wonderful view and everyone at the resort has been warm and friendly. Their buffet also has a wide variety with dishes across India.I want to especially thank Mr Yogesh and his team for their hospitality and service. Christopher from the travel desk is very responsible and prompt to arrange for our tours and drop off. Sruthy rom Subuthi Spa gave a relaxing massage, so don’t miss it if you are there. A big thank you to Gayatri from front office for the sweetest gift .

Beautiful property with breathtaking views of the valley and tea gardens. Sprawling property with lots to do for every one in the family. Kids activities and much more. Offers a lot of comfort and convenience with golf carts and lift in the building.

It was wonderful stay at sterling Munnar. Weather was good so we have extended our stay and staff was nice specially Bala Always took care of us for any room service . Over all it was excellent place . Manager Aftab was very cooperative and helped us for any need and make our stay very special. Thank you so much .
