One of the best place I have been to.It was outstanding and the hospitality was really good.Special thanks to Thomas who helped us in all ways.We would definitely return back and would recommend to all my friends.Food was also good especially the spice tree fried chicken.Once again thank you so much for the memorable time.

Beyond words. The resort is so calm & relaxing surrounded by Nature. Cardamom & Pepper plantation. We felt so relax & it was exactly what we were looking forward to on this trip. The staff are just so warm & friendly always smiling & at your service. The chef comes to your table to check if all is good That is so sweet. Food was so flavorful. The chef was kind enough to prepare our favourite Fried Rice the way we actually wanted it Cheers Guys !!!! Would love to visit Spice Tree Again. Thank you & all the best

"Spice Tree" is hidden among cardamom plantations and forest about 15 km away from Munnar. It is perfectly located a few kms off the main road. The property is on a slope with rooms at different levels which adds to the allure. The valley facing cottage we stayed in was well appointed, had excellent views and even had a Jacuzzi in the huge bathroom! There are quite a few activities for the guests; we went for a light evening walk which was invigorating as well as a tea tasting session. The restaurant serves decent breakfast and has a balanced a la carte menu; the prices are on the higher side but the dishes we had were delicious. The staff were very polite and helpful; special mention to Mr. Ratheelesh who was there always to make our stay comfortable. It is a perfect place to relax, unwind and rejuvenate.

The resort is exceptionally beautiful. Don’t even get me started on their incredible pool villa! Has to be one of the best pool villas in India, if not in the world! The activities are extremely enjoyable; we embarked on a scenic hike and participated in a cooking class led by Chef Amal (where we savored the freshly prepared food!). The staff is outstandingly helpful, particularly the manager :) I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. It's a spot where memories are made, and even as I leave, I'm taking a piece of it with me—along with their delightful cookies!♥️

- great location, nestled between western ghats and you feel you’re bang in the middle of a jungle - Ever smiling staff. Specifically- Abil who helped us with the Bison valley walk and Amal - our cooking session chef were an absolute delight. - Food seems slightly overpriced, but nothing to complaint as they were delicious - Breakfast buffet spread was a mix of exotic fruits and South Indian/ North Indian dishes - overall a great stay

Everything about our stay was flawless and memorable. From the traditional welcome by Abil and Ranju, and tea demonstration by Radeesh, to the expert Ayurvedic and deep tissue treatments by Ajish in the spa. Every meal was mind-blowing and we'd like to give special thanks to the kitchen staff. Suraj, Nibeesh, Alex and all the restaurant team explained unfamiliar dishes, shared Keralan cuisine stories and made excellent menu recommendations to enhance our culinary experience. Mostly we enjoyed just lazing on our private terrace, watching the sunset and lightning storms and marveling at Kerala's outstanding natural beauty. Thank you for an unforgettable experience, Spice Tree. We hope to be back soon.

Hard to describe how amazing this hotel is. Location, facilities, food and staff. Perfect for a tranquil retreat. Free activities are a nice touch. We did the two hour walk and the tea tasting. The biscuits made on site taste even better than they smell when being baked in the coffee shop. Spa was also very good.

A great and unique location, kind attentive staff and excellent food. Thoroughly enjoyed the really interesting Tea Tasting session. The view from our bedroom was great to wake up to! Would definitely recommend the Spice Tree if you are visiting Munnar.

Stayed here for our honeymoon , they made our stay very special .food was amazing .was plenty activities to do for guests , cooking class , walks , tea tasting . They have a movly cafe in site , with freshly baked cookies / cakes . Was lovely relaxing so peaceful
