Very bad, we had booked 3 sharing but they gave 1 extra bed, AC problem. Property location difficult to locate. Stay was horrible and ********

The experience was good, especially the food was finger licking delicious but the only complain was about the wait time of 3/3:30 hrs I was accompanied by my mother (68) due to prebookings I wasnt allotted the room until 9:30 though I reached there 7:30

It was very pleasant stay,room was very clean as well as washroom.ac was good,no crockeraches,staff was good with full support,restaurants breakfast and food was good feeling was homemade.surrounding area is Was good with food stall.we live in studio .good parking space .ample water hot as well cold.over all good stay for 2night.

Room n bathroom was clean nice. The location of hotel is at center of the city most important it is near railway station. 24hrs hot water is available overall good experience value for money

Bath soap was not provided. Room service was poor. We asked for water bottle, hotel staff didn’t return up on time, they took a long time to provide the service

The hotel is value for money. It's near to railway station, rooms are spacious, staff is very courteous and breakfast is also on point.

Hotel is good but service is not good, also i have complaint about bathroom door which was not open or close properly, but they had not respond and not repair also in 3 days two nights. Also ac cooling is not good on 18 c also. Tv also not working for that i have complaint with staff. But whithin 3 days not respond for that. Also i have booked for three days' two nights then they should have activate door card for that period. But second day when we came back in the evening the door key was not activated. For that we have to go down at receptionist and get activated.

The rooms were clean. The staff was very courteous. The restaurant palkhi had a new look, much better than my earlier stays. The reception staff was very accommodating when we requested for check out an hour late without any charges.
