The entire property has a retro look and the rooms, lobby, bar dining area etc have furniture, articrafts, paintings etc which are handpicked by the owners and reflects the malnad culture. The family property currrenty managed by Mr Siddanth, the staffs viz Darshan, Shashi, Santhu, Balakrishna, Sampat and others were very courteous and make the guests feel like at home. A beautiful property for people who love to stay in a peaceful place without too much crowd. Visit the property to relax and have a great time with your family and friends. Suggestions : Can make the nature walk more interesting for tourists by adding more elements to it to keep the tourists actively engaged.

It was an engaging and enjoyable activity, perfect for coffee enthusiasts! The food at Villa Urvinkhan is exceptional. Every dish is prepared to perfection, and the desserts are divine—decadent, flavorful, and unforgettable. Their coffee-based mocktails were also a delightful treat, showcasing creativity and attention to detail. Our room was a haven of comfort, offering sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. OVER PRICED Rooms Are average ,cots height my God kids can fall. Food is not included. Driver cannot stay in the premises, where he has to stay at Rest point 5 km away Coffee Bean Stay is Awesome in all aspects It is definitely waste of money and time

Beautiful property in a special landscape. Exceptional food quality and super attentive staff. Gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the forest. Everywhere has a memorable view. Brilliant 3km route to explore the coffee farm and great view point. Very memorable. We had the whole place to ourselves as the only guests staying!

It an amazing place to relax and enjoy nature. The views are stunning, and it's super peaceful. The rooms are cozy and comfortable . The staff is really friendly and made our stay great. It's the perfect spot to unwind. I had a great time there.

Place was really good. Well maintained. Service was excellent. Ambience was good as well. Amidst nature which is just wow. Everything was really good. Would definitely like to visit again and again. But the food options were really less. Which I feel could be improved. Rest everything was just perfect.
