The room was dirty, there was yellow water in the toilet, hair in the sink and the TV was in

Everything was very limited. We were questioned for everything and what we ate. There was a very kind lady during afternoon snack but at the front desk we were questioned and felt uncomfortable.

Very bad experience, I was told that ******* didn’t pay to the hotel. So I have to pay them to be able to get a room !!! In a few words they say ( or you pay or not have a room!!)

The door of my room didn’t work, it was supposed to be closed but if anyone pushed it from the outside it would open, I had to ask for it to be repaired cause the hotel wasn’t aware of this problem. They had to change our room and I had to pack all my things when I had already unpacked in the other room, also they gave me a key which took me to the wrong floor and had the number of a room that was already occupied, keys often don’t work even when they give them at the moment
