From the moment I arrived at this hotel with my friends for their wedding weekend, I was completely blown away. From being accommodated with an early check-in at 8:30 AM in the morning after our redeye flight, to receiving my member upgrade to an absolutely fabulous room, and finally to the entire staff that took care of us all week while we were there for my friend’s wedding. My first compliment is for the front desk staff for being so attentive and kind, and willing to help all of us with any request that we had. My second compliment goes to the housekeeping staff who truly went above and beyond, and making sure our rooms were exactly to our liking, but additionally being there for my niece who got trapped in an elevator with staff, and they were able to keep her calm and safe while I went to collect her. My final compliment is to one staff member in particular, I did not get her name, but she truly went above and beyond helping my husband on the wedding day. When getting ready for our friend’s wedding, his pants ripped. As a bridesmaid, I was unable to assist or help in this situation, we turned to the front desk staff, hoping there was a seamstress that could be contacted. I believe it was the restaurant hostess or manager who stepped up and proceeded to stitch my husband‘s pants so that he could wear a complete tuxedo to my friend‘s wedding. I have never in my life, received the type of customer service and generosity from hotel staff that I received while staying at the Vetta. I want to applaud every single employee working here for going above and beyond and treating us like your family. Cannot wait to stay here again!
