This prime location offers a sense of community while providing a comfortable and private retreat.* A charming staircase leads you to the main living areas, enhancing the elegant design.* Two floors: The 1st floor includes Bedroom 1, a kitchen and dining room, a living room, a laundry area, and a half bathroom. The 2nd floor features two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Note: The garage is NOT accessible to guests.* Stylish furnishings throughout* Central air conditioning and heating (with the exception of Bedroom 1)* Cleaning materials provided* Fast Wi-Fi* Blackout curtains in all rooms for added privacy and comfort* NOTE: This property is NOT pet-friendly.Parking* Free parking: You can comfortably park 2 cars in front of the property, with additional parking for up to 2 more cars, depending on visitor needs.* Street parking: NOT available.* NOTE: Please avoid parking in the neighbors' spots.
