Great experience. Bell staff was prompt in getting luggage to and from our room. Only minor issue was waiting for my car in valet. Called down to have car brought around. Came down to no car. Young lady was working the valet stand. She asked me my ticket number. I gave it to her and she left. I assumed it was to get my car. 10-15 minutes later she comes out with a cart full of luggage. Shortly after, a young man comes over and asked if he can help. I explain the situation and he brought my can up. Is it a priority for the system to handle luggage first? Or take care of a smaller task for less tip money?
Overall, great stay as usual with an RSA property.
