A 2nd return visit to Little Orchard for us to attend the Chichester Festival Theatre and a short walk to several restaurants in town. It’s always a pleasant stay- very comfortable, clean and welcoming and this no exception! Every breakfast choice you could want is available. It’s the many little extras around the house that show Kerrie’s thought and care for her guests. Home from home. Accept no substitute!

A wonderful place to stay what a find!! I give this b and b 5 stars. The atmosphere kerry and jamie have created is amazing. Bedrooms tastefully decorated dining area so beautiful as is the guest lounge. Can't recommend it enough if you're thinking of coming to The area please stay here you will be amazed.

We recently stayed at Little Orchard B&B in Chichester, which we chose for its convenient location within walking distance of the town and the Festival Theatre, and we can’t recommend it enough! The house is beautiful and spacious, with parking available on the drive, and we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, Kerry and Jamie. Our room was large and bright, overlooking the expansive garden. It was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, complete with a TV, Alexa, and tea and coffee facilities. The en-suite bathroom was just as spotless, with thoughtful touches that added a sense of luxury. After a restful night, we enjoyed a delicious, freshly prepared breakfast with a wide variety to choose from. If you’re looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay in Chichester, close to both the town and theatre, Little Orchard is a fantastic choice. Kerry and Jamie’s hospitality, attention to detail, and the great location made our stay truly enjoyable.

We have just spent 3 nights at this beautiful b&b. We had the super king room with en-suite and it was very comfortable and very clean. Kerry made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was cooked to order and the room looked over the huge garden which was very impressive. It is ideally placed as only a short walk into Chichester. Plenty of places to eat in the evening without having to use the car. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this B&B to anyone and would definitely stay again if in the area. Jackie &John

From the minute we were greeted by Kerry we knew we’d found a perfect place to spend a few days around Chichester. Our room was an extension of the warmth and ambience that Kerry and Jamie extend to their guests from within their own home. The decor, finishing touches, and comfort of our room was faultless. Kerry has thought of everything - just perfect. Our breakfast - Bob on !! Plenty of choice, presented beautifully .. and cooked in front of us .. the dining room backs on to the beautiful back garden making the whole breakfast experience a perfect start to the day. Kerry was chatty, friendly, interested in us and interesting as a person .. an absolute gem of a place and we will absolutely be back. Keep doing what you do .. cos you’ve got it ‘just right’
