Hotel in zona Robert Morris University, Chicago

Il doccia aveva i capelli di qualcun altro nel muro del doccia, gross. - Hotel Manager: se non si fida della squadra e delle loro responsabilità, allora si dovrà fare i giri per assicurarsi che il vostro hotel funziona correttamente in tutti gli aspetti. - Manager di casa: Se non fidi il tuo popolo, dovrai fare i giri da solo. - Se ancora fate le vostre ronde, ma non controllate le stanze correttamente, allora non dovreste essere in quella posizione. Il frigorifero non funziona nelle camere (precedentemente menzionato) quindi vi chiedono se avete bisogno di un predecessore, ma sono a carico di questo, quindi chi è colpa? client o hotel? non prelevare per qualcosa che dovete riparare. Questi “bambini” erano alto come un cazzo fino a 4AM, combattimento, argomento, ubriaco, piangere, in generale era un incubo. Di solito ho una buona esperienza con Sheraton, ma questa è sovravalutata. Ho scelto questo hotel perché l'ultimo minuto la compagnia per cui lavoro ha avuto un incontro suggerendo di trovare diversi hotel che potrebbe darci un tasso di gruppo per le prossime visite che dovremo fare a Chicago, ma non c'è modo suggerirei ai miei colleghi di rimanere In questo hotel con una prima cattiva esperienza. Non sono sicuro se lo darei un secondo tentativo. Non posso rischiarlo.

Loved the location and affordability of the hotel. My only complaint was the valet parking. It stated it would be about $44 a day, which is steep but not unreasonable when you don’t like parking in Chicago. Once we arrived, there was no valet service and we were told to park ourselves. We parked in the garage next door, which they recommended, and it was around $60 a day!!! So we lost more money staying here than expected. If we would have known valet was unavailable, we would have found cheaper parking somewhere else but when you arrive to a busy city late on a Friday evening, it’s not convenient to stop and search for parking. Other than that, the hotel wasn’t bad.

If you are claustrophobic, this may not be the hotel for you. It is cute and clean, the staff was all amiable, and it is in a stellar location. However, this is a 100+-year-old building, and charming as it may be, the age of the building shows. The two elevators are tiny. We were in a single queen room on the 16th floor. The hallways to our room were super narrow, and the room was quite possibly the tiniest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The bathroom is tight with no extra space to unpack toiletries so I was thankful to have a hanging organizer with me. The room was clean and adequate, bed was comfortable enough for one night, and breakfast the next morning was the usual HI Express fare, which is always a pleasure. We chose this hotel for the location.

Great location, and good price, amazing people at reception and valet. Friendly and accommodating, humble staff. Always willing to help. Good clean rooms, not really posh luxury or modern but well kept and clean, specially the shower/toilet bathroom is super clean. The area is super busy specially the street where you drop your car for valet but it works smooth without any troubles. One extra ordinary point: check in check out is smooth, straight forward and the quickest I have experienced.

Loved this location, right off Michigan ave with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and transportation. We had the perfect view from the 5th floor, and the front staff was super helpful, and friendly.

La luce nella stanza è buia e è facile chiudere gli oscuri che si trovano sul lato opposto, in base alla posizione della stanza. Non ho chiesto di avere delle strutture separatamente, ma il sapone di shampoo del corpo condizionatore è stato posto come questo, solo il frigorifero è stato fornito e non è stato fatto nulla. Rispetto ad altri hotel, sembra essere migliore per il costo, quindi ho scelto, ma in generale sono stato soddisfatto del mio soggiorno.

È un bel hotel. La stanza era molto pulita. L'iscrizione non era problema. Molto bello per noi. Era solo un parcheggio a mezzo isolato. Ma abbiamo trovato un parcheggio sulla strada sul lato opposto del blocco. Puoi lasciare le tue cose davanti all'hotel e controllare prima di andare a trovare il tuo parcheggio. Molti posti per andare a mangiare nella zona. Non sono sicuro, ma penso che questo sia parte della Cinatown. Se non è proprio accanto a lui. Certamente rimarremo di nuovo.

Hostel was secure. Staff were friendly. There are lockers in each of the rooms. 1st floor bathrooms only have shower curtains, where as on other floors there are more secure doors in the bathrooms for showers. Breakfast can be a bit chaotic closer to the end time, but there is a good selection. There are plenty of space in the kitchen and cubby holes to place food (make sure it's labelled with labels provided and stored correctly.) There is also a water filter inside the kitchen for drinking water. About a 5-10 minute walk from the Brown line. Close to the Zoo and other attractions. Plenty of places nearby to eat.

È stata una grande esperienza. È stato un ottimo lavoro di fronte e di custodia a casa, sempre e velocemente! Mi piacerebbe tornare.
