Hotel in zona Indian Boundary Park, Chicago

Ottimo soggiorno, ma il custode ha spostato la nostra stanza. L'abbiamo chiamato e sono venuti con asciugamani freschi. Era solo un soggiorno di 2 notti. Grande posizione, facile da raggiungere ovunque. Chicago 360 era vicino a lui.

Un hotel storico con prezzi accessibili se si riceve un'offerta scontata. È una vergogna che non offrano colazione, ma la posizione lo fa, proprio sulla magnifica mila. La nostra camera era confortevole, ma l'unità A/C era troppo rumorosa.

La reception è molto calda, la stanza è buona, si può vedere una parte della scena stradale.Ci saranno auto di notte, a volte più stupide.

Dear Management, Our stay at your hotel was quite disappointing and uncomfortable, with experiences ranging from excellent to poor. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is unbeatable, just a few steps away from the Magnificent Mile and right next to the Red Line subway station. This made shopping, dining, and exploring the city’s attractions very convenient. The room itself was spacious, exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We appreciated the in-room amenities such as the mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which added to our convenience. However, the hotel’s management left much to be desired. Upon our arrival at around 4 PM on July 11th, the front desk staff repeatedly asked for my family name while holding my Canadian passport, trying to obtain personal information from my Chinese visa. This mistake led to another front desk employee calling us at 9 AM on the third morning to verify my identity with my passport/ID again. Most frustratingly, during our four-night stay, our room was never cleaned. There was a sign on the door that had ”NO Thank You” printed on both sides, which was confusing. Even when we hung the sign outside, the cleaning staff would still knock on our door at 9 AM while we were still sleeping. When told to come back later, they never returned. Despite leaving the room at 11 AM and repeatedly informing the cleaning staff and front desk that our room needed cleaning, it never happened. Additionally, we ran out of shampoo. Despite informing the front desk in the morning, it wasn't replenished by the time we returned in the evening. This forced me to wait in the lobby for a long time to get the issue resolved after a tiring day of sightseeing. On the night before our departure, I went to the front desk to share our experiences with two staff members. They offered us breakfast as compensation, but we typically do not eat breakfast. Overall, our experience at the hotel was very poor. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was the Hilton brand, and this experience has caused me to question the brand’s reputation. Camera pulita con letti comodi. La posizione molto occupata.L'unico negativo è il costo del parcheggio è ridicolo a $62/night.

We stayed for a night, upgraded to a lakefront room. Great location, great rooms. The only issue I had was the AC was not working that well. We didn’t even use the sheets or our blanket we got so hot. Also the bar is a little over expensive. Other then that great stay! I’d stay again but bring a fan and our own bottle next time :)

Swissotel is awesome! The service was great and friendly staff. I especially appreciated Kia that works at the hotel. I was celebrating my birthday and she had something special sent to my room (a card and a fruit tray). She made my day - Thank you Kia! I would most definitely recommend this hotel! The amenities are amazing and the view is the best! I saw reviews stating there are no robes and no one came to clean and I can definitely disagree. There was a robe in the front closet and not only did someone come to clean but they provided us with warm towels! Best service and friendly staff!

l'hotel si trova nel mezzo della zona turistica, vicino al Millennium Park, vicino a tutto. Il servizio dell'hotel è buono, la stanza per questo prezzo ha tutto il necessario, una macchina per il caffè, bicchieri, materiale per scrivere, tutti gli articoli da toeletta, persino dentifricio e spazzolino da denti. ma per quanto mi riguarda, il design delle camere non è molto accogliente e l'hotel stesso è molto vecchio. nonostante i nuovi mobili, le pareti dipinte di fresco, le finestre e le porte del secolo scorso, che generalmente rovinano l'impressione. ma per i turisti senza pretese o per chi ha bisogno di pernottare, consiglio l'hotel.

La sala elettrica di ogni piano è molto ampia. Ci sono 14 elettricità. Anche se è necessario cambiare elettricità al 20° piano, è ancora molto conveniente. Si dirige al lago Michigan e al parco. Il servizio del ristorante è gentile e il prezzo del colazione è ragionevole US$25
