Bell'hotel in una buona posizione, a pochi passi dal Navy Pier, dal River Side Walk, dalla Michigan Avenue, dal Chicago 360 e da molti altri posti. Ci sono molti posti nelle vicinanze per pranzo e cena. Chipotle si trova nell'edificio dell'hotel. La colazione era inclusa ed era ok. Non ci sono molte opzioni per i vegetariani. Nel complesso è stato un buon soggiorno.

I really enjoyed the friendliness, services and layout of the hotel especially where and how my room was located

Very nice and welcoming staff. The room was older but kept up ok. The mattress was softer than what we are used to. But it was still ok. The continental breakfast is acceptable - nothing special, the usual high sugar, high carb diet.

The location is great, service is also good.But,the hotel is quite old,in the rush hours(8:30-9:30am),we waited for the elevator at least 10 minutes,even 20minutes! It was crazy!

The location was great. It is walking distance to downtown and sightseeing areas to see in Chicago. Room was spacious, and breakfast buffet was good. The elevator and hallway carpet floor is a bit rundown and needs more cleaning. Their staff are helpful. Overall, our stay was good.

Gave us a late checkout and even extended that for us. Very accommodating.

Nice place to stay. Excellent location, breakfast was decent, room was very clean and cleaned really quickly. Bed was comfortable and the Internet worked well. Room was also quite big with a nice view. Also, had no issues with using the elevators but I guess this was because it was low season.

酒店位置很合適，第一天到的時候是早上六點多，太早還沒有人退房不能辦入住，但可以免費吃早餐，很人性化，點贊。 房間衞生整潔乾淨，總體來説挺滿意的！

酒店住芝加哥中心區域，周邊景點、食肆集中交通便利、環境一流。早餐也算是新鮮、豐富，足夠飽腹。客房也衞生乾淨，適合初來者。

位置很好，乾淨衞生。缺點是電梯間位於樓層正中間無論什麼位置多少都會有一點噪音，但整體可以接受。
