Hotel in zona Chiayi Sherih Tower, Chiayi

Very pleasant and relaxing staying over a night, even my family arrived late and very like the interior design... The only thing I am thinking of is that, it would be better if the heavy carpet floor can be replaced by light fresh wood floor.... Thanks!

L'albero pulito e classico con grandi aree comuni. Il personale della reception è professionale e gentile. Forniscono un deposito bagagli gratuito. L'unica cosa inconfortabile è che i letti di bunker non hanno così tanta privacy come le tende copre metà della perla. Non forniscono asciugamani.

I recently stayed at the Maison De Chine Hotel in Chiayi for two nights and was pleasantly surprised by the value offered. I booked one of the cheaper rooms without a window, and let me tell you, it exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a cozy sofa corner, a separate tea-making station, and a cleverly designed layout with a separate toilet, bathroom basin, shower, and bathroom area. This setup provided a level of convenience and comfort that’s hard to find at this price point. Although I mostly used the room for sleeping, it was a great space to retreat to after a day of exploring. The reception team, especially Ken, was fantastic. They were always ready to help, whether it was organizing taxis at a moment’s notice or offering detailed information on how to catch a bus to Alishan. One of the standout amenities was the free laundry room—an absolute lifesaver for someone like me who’s been traveling solo around Taiwan. It’s also worth mentioning the hotel’s excellent location. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the night market, where you can immerse yourself in the local culture and enjoy some delicious street food. There’s a cheap and tasty breakfast cafe right across the road and a Family Mart around the corner, where you can conveniently book your HSR tickets. Overall, my stay at Maison De Chine Hotel was wonderful, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Chiayi.

15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Chaiyi. 10 minuti a piedi dal vicino mercato notturno di Wenhua Road. Di fronte a un centro commerciale e abbastanza vicino anche ad alcuni luoghi turistici. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La camera è spaziosa con ciò di cui hai bisogno. Nel complesso è stata una buona esperienza.

The staff are SUPER nice and friendly. My family and i felt very welcomed here. They allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and gave tips on where to go. The room (we booked for 3 of us) was decent and had amenities like disposable toothbrush toothpaste, comb, soaps, shampoo and shaver. There was a hairdryer that was really weak 😂 but enough hangers for us to put up our clothes and a tv with a couple of channels. We stayed on level 7 (accessible by lift) which was quiet, didn't hear the road outside at all, other tourists were also quiet and people were respectful. Breakfast was included in our stay, a relatively decent meal, there were toasts with different spreads, chinese noodles, veggies, meat, plain buns and porridge. Coffee, orange juice and chrysanthemum tea. Fruits were watermelon and oranges. Highlight of our stay was a 7.4magnitude earthquake while we were having breakfast. The whole place was shaking and staff were alert and quick to guide everyone out of the restaurant. One male staff member even quickly responded to make sure guests didn't run under the chandelier in the lobby. Thank goodness everyone was safe, nothing was damaged in the hotel at all. After being shaken up (both physically and mentally), we quickly checked out, and whilst in the room, another 6.4mag tremor hit. Scared us silly again but thankfully, everyone was safe, nothing was destroyed. Staff were very reassuring and empathetic (towards us who have never experienced quakes). All in all a great fuss free stay. Convenient location to get to the train station where you can get buses to Alishan or train to Alishan. Would stay here again if i had the chance!

Gli hotel a Chiayi erano molto costosi e questo hotel era molto decente per lo standard. La camera era grande, pulita e confortevole. L'hotel stesso era sorprendentemente bello. Il colazione era funzionale, e il personale era amichevole. Dritto dalla stazione ferroviaria, vicino ai posti da mangiare e andare al mercato notturno. Assolutamente nessuna denuncia.

Il servizio è buono. I bambini giocano molto bene nella sala da gioco per bambini per due giorni consecutivi. Il giorno dopo la colazione è migliore del primo giorno. Il cavallo rotante e il piccolo treno sono grandi. La mancanza di melodia è che l'auto elettrica richiede un costo per giocare e può essere usata solo per due piccole chiavi, costose.

The room is big and spacious. We book room with a King bed. Toilet is good. Location convenient. Just 6 minutes away from chiayi TSR. 16 minutes away from chiayi HSR. Not so good is near hospital at night have ambulance sound.

Questo hotel non è situato in una zona di città calda per i viaggiatori. Check in veloce. L'atteggiamento di servizio è molto buono Lobby e bell'apparecchio e il pianoforte sul campo è molto facile da sentire. Il piano superiore ha una piscina di circa 120 centimetri profondi e nessuno usa la famiglia per fare pacchetto. I bambini sono molto felici. Non c'è spazio interno per quattro persone, ma le attrezzature confortevoli sono pulite e complete. Il secondo difetto è che il letto troppo agitato influenza il sonno del passeggero e il suono esterno è molto male.

因社團群推薦，我們買了好幾張住宿券，因快到期了，要趕快用掉，而這次是第二次入住，分享一下兩次入住的感受… 第一次（2020年4月）～連住2晚親子房 1.廁所垃圾桶沒清，底層留了幾張衛生紙迎接我們入住！ 2.第二天外出回房，補的備品，沒有依SOP整齊擺放在浴室洗手台上，而是混一整袋隨便的丟在房間桌上。 3.我當下沒有直接反應，但退房時有特別跟櫃臺提，櫃臺反應超級冷漠，一聲歉意也沒有，可能以為我都要退房了，過客沒什麼好理的，加上整房是房務的事吧！但房間整理不好、服務不好，是飯店整體問題！ 第二次為耗住宿券，必須連住三晚 1. Check in櫃台員很冷漠，基本禮貌也沒有，我們離櫃臺一步距離，有好幾人在櫃臺裡，我們正看要找那一組辦，這些人一句詢問也沒有，像雕像一樣直直盯著你，縱使靠近，也一句話不吭，像沒溫度的機器一樣幫你制式的辦入住（建議飯店找AI或許比這些像機器的人類好）！ 2.房內的頻道表沒更新，櫃臺連電視頻道那幾台有或沒有也不清楚，小孩想看momo親子，頻道跳掉，跟櫃臺反應，態度很不耐的跟我說，我們現在全部都很忙，等有空再處理，問她們大約要等多久？更不耐回你，有空就處理，電話就掛了，我PM6:15入房就問，到我們睡前還沒處理，真是藐視客人！ 3.房間裡的馬克杯很髒就算了，有一組泡茶杯組，更是噁心，一層厚厚白色粉末的“霉”，應該是“年”以上沒洗過！ 4.今天第一晚入住四人房，安排在A棟6樓，隔音超級差，凡有人走過、跑過、講話聲，全都聽的到，好多次我以為房門沒關，走過去確認！更誇張是隔壁按門鈴聲音大到像按我們這間的門鈴。 5.今天唯一感覺好一點的是，晚上訂富胖達，店家沒給餐具，櫃臺有免洗筷跟湯匙可提供，這點還正常（其實很多飯店都有提供餐具的服務，至少這點他們也有） 第二～三晚，我們加價換親子房，還不知會發生什麼事。
