Overall good experience. Although is a bit old building, cleaning still acceptable.
The owner is nice and helpful. We arrive mid night and able check in smooth.

Definitely a hotel that I will book again. The staff is friendly and the price is reasonable. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and opposite there is a cinema and McD. Thumbs up to the breakfast also, varieties to choose and I have chosen Hong Kong Style. The portions are big and the food is delicious.

The room is very spacious, easy to check in and accommodating staff. Breakfast is good also, recommended for travelers going to Alishan early in the morning cause the bus stop is just across the hotel. 👍👍👍

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Chiayi Train Station, with 小北百貨 and a 7-11 nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive—they kindly allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip much easier. They also went out of their way to prepare extra pillows when we requested them, and had them ready by the time we returned from dinner.
The buffet breakfast offered a variety of western and ********* options. While the food was decent, it was filling enough to start our day. The hotel is also within a 15-minute walk to the night market, making it easy to explore local food and shops.
My family and I stayed here both before and after our trip to Mt. Ali, and we even extended our stay due to a typhoon. We felt well-rested and enjoyed our time. When double beds weren’t available, the staff combined two single beds, creating a spacious and comfortable sleeping arrangement. We truly appreciated this thoughtful touch. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience, warm service, and comfortable accommodations!

The location of the hostel was excellent—just a short walk from the train station and the cultural night market. There were also convenience stores nearby, making shopping and dining very convenient. The common area was well-equipped with a kitchen, fridge, and various utensils, so cooking your own meals was easy. Since guests are required to wear slippers inside, the entire space was kept very clean. They provided body wash and shampoo, but do remember to bring your own towel, toothpaste, and toothbrush.
However, there were a few drawbacks. While they did have a luggage lift, I was expecting a passenger elevator because the booking site mentioned an elevator in the facilities, which felt a bit misleading. Additionally, the bathroom lighting was oddly designed—bright in the middle but quite dim at the sink and mirror area. Another minor inconvenience was that, although they provided hangers, there wasn’t anywhere to hang clothes. If you're planning to stay for several days, this could be a bit troublesome.
Overall, a great option for short stays, especially with its convenient location and clean facilities.

Around 500 m from the TRA Chiayi front exit, the staff are friendly and kind. The room is big enough for two people and their luggage. The lobby smells good; there is a small café in the lobby.
The bathroom is a separate wet and dry area. A hairdryer is in the room, and the toilet is an automatic bidet.
The bed is comfortable, and the pillows are soft for sleeping well.
We were able to leave our luggage after checking out because of my Alishan itinerary.

魅魅力幻影Located next to the Wenhua night market, and provided all the amenities required for a normal traveller, and the check-in was smooth. The breakfast buffet provided variety of food to fuel up for the day, especially providing great options of vegetarian dishes.
Bath salt was also the highlight, giving a moment of relaxation.
However, the bath is quite small and only fits for 1 person (not even a tall one), so it was not easy for getting my partner to enjoy it together. And the wash basin looked heavily used like gonna be breaking very soon.

Ddisplay_name_We had a great stay at the hotel! The facilities were fantastic, with a fun foosball table, PlayStation, and an awesome breakfast and supper. The gatchapon and board game room were a unique touch that really added to the experience. The room itself was very comfortable, and I especially liked the AI assistant for added convenience.
The only downside was the location—it was a bit far from key attractions. While there was a bus stop nearby, we couldn't catch the bus due to a detour from ongoing construction or something. Despite this, it didn’t detract too much from the overall experience. Highly recommend this place for a fun, comfortable stay!

However, the air-conditioner couldn’t be switched off and was a bit noisy, which might be inconvenient for light sleepers. YYangAbbiamo prenotato due camere doppie e al momento del check-in siamo stati trasferiti gratuitamente in due camere quadruple. L'hotel era generalmente pulito, ma ho scoperto che gli asciugamani da bagno usati non erano stati riposti nell'armadio e l'ho segnalato al servizio clienti e se ne sono occupati attivamente. C'era molta acqua nella doccia, l'acqua calda era disponibile rapidamente e fare il bagno era molto confortevole. Ci sono mercati notturni e grandi magazzini vicino all'hotel, così come l'Huiyi Life Village. che è un ottimo posto da visitare.

RREASONPEIUna volta entrato in tribunale, è venuto un profumo confortevole, e la spiegazione della signorina Liu Tai è molto gentile.Se il parcheggio alla porta è pieno, c'è un parcheggio esclusivo a meno di cento metri.Il colazione è molto elegante, può essere fatto da solo con panini bianchi e riso di pollo, e un uomo del ristorante è anche un buon servizio. La domanda più grande è quando, un po'di distanza dal mercato notturno della strada culturale ....

HHannani OnIf you stay in a dorm and wanna checkin, go to level 14 by lift. Then the worker will bring you to another floor. As for me, I stayed in level 6. They'll give you passcode for the main door and your room door. If you stay in your room, you sometimes hear the traffic aound or people talking outside your room. The housekeeping was insane coz the worker just open the room door and leave it wide open eventhough there's people inside the room. And during my last day here, they changed the passcode without let me knowing coz I tried many times using the first passcode they had given to me, so i need to call them again to get the new passcode. There's washing machine and dryer, 30yuan and 40yuan each. Maybe they need to do cleanups at the laundry room coz it looks like left unattended. Overall, i think this hostel is okay for the soloist.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and they provided excellent recommendations for local activities.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a relaxing ambiance. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and high-speed internet.
Overall, my stay is exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here and looking for a blend of convenience, comfort, and excellent service.

DDelonXDFirst I was supposed to give 2 stars because when we arrive at hotel, they only accept cash in twd dollar as we thought already paid via online. So, it caused us to paid more compared to online as the exchange rate. We dunno why they wanted us paid first via online and then refund to us after the day check out. This will make the process too complicated. This hotel was so traditional even no online payment & maybe doesn't have debit card too?
Honestly, the hotel was really nice looking & clean as the pic shown. The toilet look good but the bathroom door was so so old and rushed cannot close. The bed was strangely & weirdly comfortable but it sounds of spring so so noisy when we moving around the bed. This must be changed because senior or someone not comfortable with hard bed should not booking this hotel!!! The aircon work well but at night it automatically closed down. Maybe save electricity or something as thought we didn't set anything??
This hotel provided buffet at morning (6.30 - 8.30am) such as toast, rice and porridge. It so nice since this hotel was budgeted compared to other which more expensive. However, we dunno why they set the time so earlier in the morning should be until 11 am or 12 pm. Who will wake up in that time?? Maybe people cannot sleep that time or something else. I 100 % sure that the foods will be leftover.
The service was well...ok nothing to comments. The overall still budgeted hotel & the location from train station was so near, the Wen Hua night market was so near about 800 meter.
We still NOT STRATIFICATION with this hotel !!!!
