Hotel in zona Wua Lai, Chiang Mai

Overall I liked the hotel. Location is around 10 min walk to the southern gate of the old city. The hotel provides a free shuttle/tuktuk to 2 of the old city gates. You can take it one way and then either walk back or take a cheap GRAB. Rooms and hotel are nicely decorated. My room had a nice balcony with 2 chairs overlooking the pool area. Pool looked nice but I didn't use it. Bed and pillows were soft. Shower had very hot water. AC was really strong. My one complaint is the floors. The tiles were very dirty. I posted 2 photos from my room. I wouldn't use it to determine my stay there again but would be good if the hotel did a better job cleaning them. Room had complimentary potato chips, instant noodles, soda, juice and water. Breakfast was from 7-10am and was included in the room fee. I've stayed at other hotels in Chiang Mai and this place had my least favorite breakfast. Eggs were cold both days. Fruit wasn't sweet both days. Just a normal buffet type breakfast.

I’m very happy that I found this place. I spent a lot of time searching and reading reviews. I was instantly glad that I made the right decision. The room looks like it did in the photos, beautiful. Everything was new and immaculate. The location is about a 5-7 minute walk from Tha Pae Gate and all the bars and restaurants. There is also a nightly food street market nearby with delicious foods to try. It’s quite nice to be a few minutes away from all the noisy bars and restaurants. Try the Chai restaurant for great nighttime music from around 9pm. The See You Soon restaurant had daily visits because of its delicious Thai food and cocktails. You can tap in and out as you wish. Everything was very easy here. It was easy to get from here to any of the main locations for tourists. David was very lovely and helped me navigate everything that I wanted to do. If you aren’t sure about anything he has lots of tips to help you navigate your stay in Chiang Mai. His mum was also lovely and welcoming. Really glad that I booked this hotel. I ended up booking an additional 5 days! Thank you David!

la posizione è buona, proprio di fronte al cancello di Phae, alcuni mercati 7-11 e notturni nelle vicinanze. il personale è cordiale, la camera è pulita e molto spaziosa. la colazione a buffet è deliziosa. solo lo scaldabagno non segue il controller della temperatura e il wifi non va bene, ma abbiamo comprato la sim tailandese quindi non è interessato. ci tornerò alla prossima visita.

Excellent experience! Very good environment, service and high value for money. The provision of 24hr coffee, drink and noodle is a surprise. One suggestion for improvement is it's shower cubicle which is only half covered resulting in spillage of water to the toilet area while showering.

È un piccolo hotel a 4 piani. Situato in un vicolo vicino a Wua Lai Road. Può raggiungere a piedi Wua Lai Road. Ma se si cammina di notte, è abbastanza solitario. L'hotel è vicino al Wat Daowadung. Se viaggiano con persone thailandesi più anziane, non saranno disposti a camminare fino a Wua Lai Road. Va bene che durante la guida Se vieni da solo, sicuramente non vorrai camminare insieme. Perché se vuoi chiamare una macchina rossa, devi uscire e chiamare sulla strada principale. Che è segretamente lontano + piuttosto solitario Per quanto riguarda la stanza, riservata come camera da letto per 3 persone, la stanza è pulita, la roba è ancora nuova. Non va bene con la porta del bagno Perché è difficile da aprire-chiudere molto pesante e rumoroso È difficile bloccare il chiavistello. Di notte, se qualcuno si alza per andare in bagno Aprendo e chiudendo la porta si svegliò l'intera stanza. o quando la stanza superiore si apre - si chiude è stato sentito al piano di sotto Voglio risolvere anche il problema con la porta del bagno. La colazione è in stile americano con Pad Thai e 1 altro cibo tailandese. Il gusto è nella media. I thailandesi/stranieri possono mangiarlo. La maggior parte degli ospiti sono stranieri. Non molti thailandesi vengono a stare.

Abbiamo avuto una camera familiare con vista sulla piscina. La piscina era molto fredda ma ci è piaciuto un pozzo fresco. La colazione è buona e bevande e snack sono disponibili tutto il giorno! Il personale è molto disposto ad aiutare. Vorremmo tornare quando in CM.

An excellent building with lots of potential but it's been let go. Not good maintenance. Doesn't look like much interest from the owners. The wallpapers coming off the wall, no soap in the Standalone sink, only two large towels no face towels, the air conditioner is noisy, only one key to the room, it's a manual key and the door doesn't lock automatically you have to push the button. I never could figure out what the red arrow on the ceiling was the pointed to the corner of the room. I don't blame the staff, it looks like they're highly overworked. We left our room from 8:00 in the morning until 4:00 in the afternoon and we came back to a dirty room. We saw the staff cleaning across the way and ask them and they said there was so many people checking out and checking in they had no time they were still cleaning the other room.

Excellent location very convenient to every where. Feel like you stay at home. I forgot a keycard and just gave them a call they can open the door from online. Recommend

Great hospitality especially the receptionist is always friendly and attentive, breakfast is great with good choices of pastry, hot items, western and thai asian. Location is slightly less accessible to the car as it is a one way street dead end, more quiet compared to the old town area with night markets.
