Location is good as it's right across from Central Airport Shopping Centre. A fair bit of a walk to get to Old Chiang Mai but taxi was only 150 Baht Room was clean and staff were friendly. Not much of a menu and kitchen closed and 2.00pm but with so much food around really wasn't an issue. Rooftop pool was great

This 6-year old hotel is situated on the left bank of the Ping River that snakes through Chiang Mai, and is about 12-15 minutes by car south-east of the Old Town. It is a smallish boutique hotel with only 18 rooms and suites. The rooms are fairly well-appointed and have most amenities required to make one's stay comfortable. The swimming pool area and the riverside garden are both charming and pleasant. The service standard is fantastic, with staff always ready to assist. Khun Praewa who seemed to be always about the hotel is an excellent help, with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit. She made our 6D/5N stay very memorable. There is free parking for 6 cars at the entrance of the hotel....first-come, first-served. About 90 metres away from the hotel on the same side of the road is a lovely restaurant called Paak Dang. We had all our dinners there! All said, a lovely property with an attentive service team. Please note though that there are no elevators for the two blocks of 3-storeyed buildings and thus, not convenient for persons with mobility challenges. There is a ramp from the parking area and is useful for prams and wheelchairs - there are several ground floor rooms. We look forward to staying here again.

La zona dell'hotel è bella e accogliente, il giardino è ben guardato. Ci è una piccola sala fitness. Non una piscina cattiva, anche se durante il nostro soggiorno non è stato osservato che fosse pulito - foglie sul fondo della piscina Letti molto inconfortabili, mattress dura, era così insolito affrontare questo in un hotel 4-star, abbiamo dormito male. Pulizia povera, un sacco di polvere - su fiori in un vaso, su sedie, pavimento sporco. Basta camminare sul pavimento e i vostri pantaloni sono sporchi. La posizione è lontana da tutto, assicuratevi di viaggiare con taxi o affittare un trasporto.

The Prio is very close to the airport and was so nice to have an accommodating stay after a late flight. Very specious, a nice gym, friendly staff and was able to leave suitcases there while we visited nearby area
