Only 15 minutes away from Chiangmai airport, the hotel is very private with excellent F&B

This is a lovely hotel! The room was decent, I really loved the bathroom. The decor and room in general is a little dark but over a comfortable stay. Breakfast was fantastic! So much variety and the location of the restaurant is on the river, so beautiful. I was most impressed with the hotel building itself, very stylish and the pool was a bonus!

Beautiful hotel with lovely traditional Thai architecture and decor. Rooms are large and very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely done with attractive design. The breakfast had a large variety of Thai and western style dishes. The gym is great, and the pool is lovely and looks like a spa resort. The staff are extremely polite and very helpful and friendly. I can’t say enough positive things about Ratilana

I have stayed in this hotel several times.I like the lanna style decorations.this time,I enjoyed the spa. The hotel has maintained their standard。the only thing was not convenient in the spa is the shower room hasn’t the hooks hanging the towel and clothes.So I should ask the lady to pass them for me .this is the small thing.but I believe it’s can be better. My husband and I enjoyed the dinner very much.fair price and good service. Thank you Thank you

第二次住了，這次在新樓，比老樓更舒適。

服務一流，非常滿意，房間每日清潔得好乾淨，環境清靜，鄰近有夜市有餐廳，去其他夜市只需100珠， call的好方便，早餐普通，但晚餐比出面好食好多，去清邁一定係首選

酒店其實並不大，但是很安靜，適合帶家裡人出來小住兩三天，打車去長康路夜市要十來分鐘，去老城區或者寧曼路也差不多，grab打車其實很方便。酒店在河邊，很舒服的一個環境。就是早餐樣式不多。泳池不錯。服務人員很熱情。

Sehr gutes Fitnesstudio und sehr schöner Pool. Einer der besten Plätze in Chiang Mai. Freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Die Lage ist etwas abseits. Das ist aber gut, wenn man etwas Ruhe haben will. Die findet man dort am Fluss. Ein sehr schöner Ort!

到達清邁後住的第一家酒店，酒店距離長康夜市和Hard Rock打車也就8發鍾路程，價格90泰銖左右，服務人員很熱情，有介紹當地好吃的餐廳給我們。到其它老城打卡景點也不遠，打車基本在100泰銖左右。夜晚很安靜，酒店出門右轉直走也有很多小吃店可以嘗試。

套房很大，泰式裝修，細節不錯，早飯很一般，但因為有河景加了不少分。環境工作人員服務意識有待加強，從簡單溝通能感受到和曼谷普吉的區別。離古城不遠，10分鐘車程，還算比較便利，走路5分鐘有家healthland的按摩店。最大的驚喜應該是旁邊一家泰餐chidlom，環境和食物都比同城的網紅店和米其林好，吃了兩頓都非常滿意

超預期，早餐豐盛，房間夠大

酒店非常好，食物新鮮。就是電梯時好時壞。
