All in 1 rispecchia interamente il suo nome! Ho trovato tutto quello che cercavo e di cui avevo bisogno: accoglienza, informazioni preziose e tour organizzati di qualità (ho provato la cooking class e il tour di Chiang Rai) ampia camera e pulizia impeccabile. Gilles e il suo team sono davvero straordinari, mi hanno addirittura preparato la colazione alla 6.45am per facilitare la mia gita a Chiang Rai. Se avete la fortuna di trovare disponibilità, prenotate subito!!

La sistemazione era ottima, collocata nel centro storico a due passi dalle attrazioni. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa, il proprietario sempre presente ci ha coinvolti ed accolti subito (parla molte lingue, fra cui l'Italiano). Nella Guesthouse sono presenti volantini per tour e gite guidate, che è possibile prenotare direttamente alla reception. L'ambiente è piacevolissimo, e la vasca con le carpe aggiunge un tocco rilassante alla hall. La camera era rustica, ma spaziosa e pulita, con aria condizionata e ventilatore. Un servizio molto apprezzato: l'acqua era gratuita ed era sempre possibile riempire la borraccia. Ci torneremmo sicuramente!

Loved it. Wasn't expecting much due to the low costs, but the previous reviews are all true. The owner is a character and always up for a chat. The lady behind the reception, is always willing to help, and was able to change things last minute notice to suit us, and even check us in early. Very helpful, and always willing to help. Great location, nice clean rooms, and just an overall a good vibe. Loved how you good just chill downstairs in the garden and then plan your day. Loved the place love the staff and we would not hesitate to return. Thank you

What a great place to stay in Chiang Mai! Gilles and everybody who works there is going out of their way to help with everything you need. The rooms are spacious and clean and there is a beautiful lobby where you can hang out and have a beer or just relax. Centrally located in the old part of the town, it is the perfect place to start your adventure. I’m very sad I have to leave. Thank you Gilles and all the others for making this such a memorable stay

Bon guest en mode cool.... Gilles the boss est super sympa ainsi que la réceptionniste. Les chambres sont correctes, air-con nickel... Quartier calme, proche de tout, A tester absolument à Chiang Mai 👍👍👍

Very warm welcome from Gilles and his wife 💋 the French lives already all long time in Thailand so he has many recommendations for your stay in Chiang Mai. The location is very good in the "French Quarter" of the old city in Chiang Mai. Two 7/11 nearby. Alot of bars and restaurants. The room I have stayed is was very clean. The conclusion: very nice place to stay for not high budget. Maybe I will stay here again after I've been to Pai

Wonderful location in the old town. Walk out your door into lively vibrant street life. Two wonderful restaurants, DASH and GERMAN BEERGARDEN. Green Lotus massage just down the street…lovely, professional, friendly, approx. $10 US!! Accommodations clean, comfortable. Staff mixed…front desk person lovely, doesn’t speak English. We would certainly stay there again. 🙏

Very conveniently located within Chiang Mai old city with plenty of nearby bars and eateries.Quiet,despite the central location.Very friendly and accomodating staff.Seems best suited to the well seasoned traveller rather than backpackers.I would happily return

Very nice place located in a lively small street where hardly any car passes. Our room was colourful and everything works fine. Lots of little colourful paintings are greeting you in the hallway. The room is not what you here for though. Downstairs there is what I call the garden livingroom. It's lush and green , there are sitting corners, a little bar and a little pond with fish. All adds to homely vibe of the place. What's completing the picture is owner Jilles and his friendly staff. Jilles adopts you as family and is eager to answer any questions in french English Italian or Thai or just chat. This place is ideal for travelers who don't want to hang around in the sole confinement of a room or bars and restaurants. You can also get a coffee or a beer here and refill your water bottle for free.
