We got the room on the first floor. It was so musty and not fresh air inside. Towels and bath mat are very old and torn. They didn’t change the bath mat in the next day. We felt uncomfortable to have it reused :( Also, there were hairs on the bed sheets and in bathroom when we arrived! Will never come back again!!!! The only good things for this property is friendly staff and its location!

That was one of the best experiences that we ever had during our travels in Tai. The room was very clean, the host was good-natured and cordial, and she always welcomed us! The room was cleaned every day.

Very clean room but old room with old towels, there are no shower curtain at all and when u shower , the water is leaking to the floor. Location is great and within walking to street food market. If u drive ,there are no parking space because only two car parks for the whole.building and the two car parks always occupied.

The room is really clean, for the process is really easy to use too. Located at the good area a lot of food. If you travel in CNX don’t miss it!!

Excellent location very convenient to every where. Feel like you stay at home. I forgot a keycard and just gave them a call they can open the door from online. Recommend

Location good for night market. Hotel room and in out side very clean.

The room was clean and big enough, without being modern, but why would we need modern all the time. The garden is very nice and so close from the center, it is a pleasure to have a break in the garden (especially considering the price) As for the service, the situation is not as positive. It was written "airport shuttle" on the add, but when I asked for it, I was told "take a taxi". I also asked to book a taxi for me on the check out, but again, it was not possible. I don’t know if the staff was not clear with English or not helpful.

Hotel was fine staff friendly the only thing was we found the flooring very slippy
