It's a challenge to write a nuanced review. I booked a four night stay at Feel Nimman Boutique. I arrived at the hotel on Wednesday, December 6th, around 3 PM local time. Upon arrival, I found a cramped corridor-like entrance leading to a 2-square-meter 'reception' area where I was asked to remove my shoes and put them in some kind of box. I saw a 'pool,' that was hardly larger than a bathtub. Additionally, I discovered that there was NO ELEVATOR. Too bad for me and my suitcase. The hotel's 'design'—if the term can even be applied here—was at best weird and cringeworthy. In my room on the 3rd floor, I appreciated the spaciousness. However, within a few minutes, I noticed two ants crawling on my bed. While I don't particularly mind ants, finding an entire colony crawling on the wall adjacent to the bed was unacceptable. Given the cumulative issues with this hotel, I went back to the reception to inquire about canceling my booking and receiving a refund. The manager was absent, but when contacted by the front desk staff, the answer was a firm NO. Two women from the reception then came to my room with insecticide, spraying around the wall and bed area. They offered me another room, which I declined after such a horrendous arrival experience. I then booked another hotel and left immediately. Upon sharing this experience with the new hotel's owner, they suggested that Feel Nimman Boutique might be buying positive reviews for their Google review page. I am still struggling to obtain a refund. As of now, the hotel manager refuses to refund a single cent.
