Prio Chiang Mai Condo Signature is truly the best place ever to stay in Chiang Mai! The location is perfect—close to malls, restaurants, and with easy access to transportation. The unit is clean, modern, and fully equipped with great facilities like a swimming pool, gym, and 24-hour security. The view from the balcony is stunning, especially at night. The staff are friendly and very helpful. It feels just like home, but with the comfort of a five-star hotel. Highly recommended for both short and long stays

Great location. Just a few minutes by foot from the airport or 5 min away by taxi. My flight was delayed on departure and I didn’t check the messages sent by the condo about the check in process but they still guided me through it in the middle of the night when I got there. A+ for service. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay for one more day. The view from the room is also great. Spacious balcony. Definitely recommend this place.

It's kind of like an Airbnb room that there was no one to check you in and you had to check in by yourself. And if you didn't have a Thai phone card like me, you felt helpless when you need to contact the hotel because they only offered Thai contact numbers but no on-line contact like whatsapp or whatsoever.
There were ants, moth in the room and a bug on the bed.
The wifi was really weak. I could not detect any wifi inside the room. In order to get connected, I needed to open my room door and stood there. Or else I got out of the room and stayed in the corrido.
Fair to say, the room was decently decorated and provided everything you needed in a house. There was a sink and basic utensils.
The best thing of this condo was that it is next to the Central Airport Plaza. The shopping mall even provides free Airport shuttle. However it may be difficult to find the exit to get on the shuttle bus.
The condo is only 9 minutes car ride or 20 minutes walk from the Airport. Since I could not find the place to get on the free shuttle provided by the mall, I eventually walked to the airport. Mid-way to the airport a friendly Thai driver even offered me a lift to the airport. Thanks to friendly Thai people.

The room is great! It’s like a home away from home. The bed is too firm for me, but still pretty comfortable. Love the air purifier as CNX tends to be polluted. The mall across the highway is under renovation, but it’s still very convenient and has a Tops supermarket. You also have a microwave or stove top and they provide a pot and some dishes and cutlery. The pool area is just sad; very old and water is dirty. The gym is a nice convenience. The room is very cozy and decently clean. There were some ants and some random leftover food residue in the kitchen which I cleaned myself. They let me check in early around 2pm so that was nice, however I do feel that 2pm is standard, but when I messaged them and asked for towels they brought them promptly. You also need to check in yourself. Do not ask the front desk for help because she was too busy eating hot pot and watching tv. She made it clear that I was bothering her. lol. You have to collect your key from the mailbox. This is ok though as long as you check your email to understand the process. Having a washing machine is also great! Overall it’s super convenient to be near the airport and have a little home where you can relax and watch tv as well.

Enjoyed the stay. Great for longer stays if you want to cook and do laundry it’s great. Home away from home. It’s just beside the Central Mall and 5 mins from the airport. Everything works well. Definitely staying there again!

I had a truly perfect stay in this room – it was spotless, stylish, and extremely comfortable, with a bed that guaranteed deep sleep and a bathroom that felt luxurious and fresh. Every detail, from the thoughtful amenities to the peaceful atmosphere, showed great attention to comfort and quality. It was quiet, cozy, and beautifully maintained, making it one of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a flawless experience.
