Excellent little hotel. Wonderful service. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly .. always ready with a smile. Welcome drinks on arrival were a wonderful gesture and check-in was the least stressful I have ever experienced anywhere. Had a pool access room which was fantastic; just wish there was more time to enjoy the facilities. Breakfast was excellent especially the fresh coconut juice straight from the coconut. Would definitely come back and stay longer.

We stayed five nights from 10-15 December 2023. Duen was one of the counter staff. She was very helpful and prompt in answering our enquiries and requests for services. She taught me how to use the "grab app" to hire a car and then talked to the driver through the app to ensure no misunderstanding in the meet-up location. When we had been waiting for quite a while in the lobby for the an external tour service company, she took the initiative to communicate with the company to make sure that the pick-up car was on the way. Had there not been a missing of room cleaning-up, the service should have scored the maximum.
