Camera nuova, pulita, ma non molto spaziosa, senza ascensore, buon personale di servizio, vale il prezzo e comodo per viaggiare. Vicino al mercato Chang Phueak Suki e molti altri templi

La stanza è bellissima. Sembra molto pulita. Anche il design è molto buono. Non c'è ascensore. È al 4° piano. Stanco e con un sacco di cose. Per favore considera questo. Ma la stanza è bellissima e ha un buon design. Dormire in una camera familiare, ok e confortevole. Ma ho detratto dalla pulizia perché quando sono andato lì non c'era molta spazzatura nel cestino del bagno, ma era spazzatura sporca. E non ha pulito l'acqua nel frigorifero.Ci sono 4 bottiglie disponibili, ma sono bottiglie con imballaggio non standard. Borraccia minimalista ricaricabile Dovrebbe essere una bottiglia d'acqua con un imballaggio più conveniente. All'inizio non ci pensavo molto. Sto per aprire e mangiare Ma il tappo della bottiglia ha una macchia nera. Ho provato a toglierlo con la mano ed è uscito, quindi non ho bevuto tutte e 4 le bottiglie d'acqua. Al giorno d'oggi, la pulizia è molto importante. Al momento del check-out, comunica all'hotel il problema riscontrato. L'hotel si è scusato.

Lovely little place just outside of the Old City. The room is very clean, staff friendly and helpful, and the location is a quick 10 minute grab ride to the heart of the Old City and Nimman. We found that when booking day trips on apps/with local vendors, our hotel location fell within the pick up/drop off zone and that made it very convenient as we didn't have to go to a meet up point. Upon check in, staff at the hotel helped us with our bags up the stairs and it was very handy. I especially liked the water dispenser (room temperature/hot water) located at each floor. On the street, there are a couple of little cafes with great coffee in the morning, and a nice little local cafe which serves good Thai and western breakfast options There is a minimart and 7 eleven about 8 mins on foot and I felt the hotel was located in a safe area. . We booked a family room for all 4 of us. Whilst it was confortable and the aircon and wifi worked very well, we find it would be a great addition to add a 'screen'/curtain where the toilet and shower is to have extra privacy. Hooks to hang towels would also be very handy. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

Monkey room , very cozy comfortable, valuable for saving money!

We stayed 3 nights in the "Jungle Room" and absolutely loved it! The hotel is perfectly located right outside the canal, making it super convenient to explore the center of Chiang Mai while still being in a quiet area. Clean and comfortable room. Great communication – The staff was incredibly nice and always available via WhatsApp, which made everything super easy. We even got a welcome message with all the important info, like how to request fresh towels. Balcony with a sunset view. Free water refills! Peaceful and quiet – Despite being close to the city, the room was very quiet at night. We definitely want to stay at the B Innspire Hotel again.

Everything is superb except we need to climb the stairs but luckily we stayed low floor and cannot imagine old folks like us everyday climbing high floor

The is a very cost-effective hotel. Room is clean and new. The hot water is stable. It’s located in the middle of old town which is convenient. However, please note that there is NO 24-hrs front desk service. If you will check in later than 8pm, remember to whatsapp them earlier.

This hotel is in a central location and you can easily go everywhere on foot. Most importantly, when you open, 7/11 is 1 minute walking distance. The night market is also close by walking. Most importantly, the people at the reception are very sweet and help you immediately if you need something. If I come to Chiang Mai again, this is the first hotel I will stay in.

Stayed for a night, and it was very pleasant ! Room was clean and cozy and also nice view :) just note on accessibility- need to climb up stairs to get to rooms ,no lift but no issues for us just a note for anyone who might need it !

It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay the location is close to all the main temples and attractions ( i walked to many of these places and it was always short walks ) . The ladies at the reception were very polite and answered all my questions . They also gave me a guide on what to do and where to eat / shop in Chiangmai . The room was comfortable and the balcony made it even so better . My only complaint would be if there was a luggage rack installed in the room .

There wasnt much space to put things in the Hornbill room. Table was narrow and floor space was limited. The balcony was huge but we cant put things there. Service was mediocre, staff weren't passionate. No kettle but there is a water machine with both cold and hot water. Behind Chang Phueak Gate night market, there is a morning market, local style breakfast there.

We loved this little hotel, it was really clean & tidy. The staff were super helpful. The location was great, in walking distance to everything including the markets & temples. The only down points are that the rooms are quite small & the shower could go warm to cold.

I stayed in a single room for 2 nights and loved the location and staff service. I accidentally dropped my passport in a skinny corner and couldn't get it out for an hour on my own. I asked for the receptionist's help and she was so helpful and eventually got it out for me. She tried everything to help me. The room has a smart TV where you can watch YouTube and Netflix, which is a huge bonus for a hostel. The room was clean, quiet, and nicely designed. Would recommend!
