Hotel Family-friendly a Chiang Mai

La camera era molto accogliente e confortevole per tre notti. L'hotel ha una posizione strategica, di fronte al Tempio Chedi Luang, e nelle vicinanze ci sono molti deliziosi ristoranti e caffè. Il personale dell'hotel è cordiale ed entusiasta e ti aiuterà a chiamare un taxi. C'è meno scelta per la colazione, ma la qualità è abbastanza buona. La pasta, la pancetta e le salsicce sono tutte deliziose. Ciò che mi preme dare un consiglio è che la frutta messa all'esterno attira moltissimi piccoli insetti neri, quindi l'igiene va migliorata.

Great location, very clean rooms and great friendly staff. The hotel has a sort of industrial minimalist design. My room was roomie with a nice design. I didn't try breakfast at the hotel but the food looks nice. I would book the hotel again if I am in Chiang Mai in future. Stayed here for a few nights during our stay in Chiang Mai. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is very quiet and relaxing. The room was spacious clean and comfortable. The location is a bit outside of the main city area which we liked but may not be for everyone. However you can easily get taxis in and out for around 100-150baht so not a lot! It’s about a 10-15min drive into the centre. Overall we were really happy with our stay 😊

The Prio is very close to the airport and was so nice to have an accommodating stay after a late flight. Very specious, a nice gym, friendly staff and was able to leave suitcases there while we visited nearby area

This was our first time staying at this hotel and the experience was excellent, all the staff were friendly and service was excellent. So our journey in Chiang Mai was both comfortable and smooth. We hope to see you again next time, thanks Anyin！

The location of the hotel is right in the center of Chiang Mai, which is very convenient. I was upgraded to a Horizon Club room, giving us access to the Horizon Club on the 11th floor for drinks, breakfast, and supper before dinner. The service overall was great, but there were some issues. We were placed in a conjoined room, and on our last night, we were woken up by noisy guests who checked in late next door. I called the front desk to request that they move the guest to another room, but the staff member seemed unable to provide a solution. I had to take NyQuil to get back to sleep, only to be woken up again at 6 a.m. when the same guest slammed their door loudly. Additionally, we encountered another issue when a staff member entered the elevator with us, pressed the button to the basement, and laughed, forcing us to ride down unnecessarily. These incidents are unacceptable for a high-end hotel and significantly detracted from an otherwise good experience.

The location is absolutely fantastic as it is directly opposite of Maya in case need to have quick food and buy souvenirs at the supermarket. The birthday decoration with balloons and cake and all weee really sweet gestures. I think the customer service at the reception and massage were better than Ritz-Carlton Bangkok. The masseuse, Laura, was super! We heard airplanes and motorcycles rime to time but had earplugs to use so it was not a big problem. The windows were all dirty by the bathtub and basin mirror location is inconvenient and no space to put toiletries. All in all, still good place to stay!

We reached the hotel at 5am in the morning after a 14 hours train ride from Bangkok. We could check in early but we had to pay for 1000 Baht which was too much and was full price for a room. Hotel is spot on. Room is spacious, clean, very good air conditioning, shower was a little bit disappointing, toiletries, free bottles of water, no free toothbrush, clean towels as well as bathrobes. Big smart tv, mini bar, microwave were in the room. Nice comfy bed and pillows. Nice swimming pool and pool towels were provided. Overall good stay

Quando ho fatto il check-in per la seconda volta, ho scoperto che lo shampoo era macchiato di caccole di altri ospiti, ma il personale ha cambiato velocemente una bottiglia dopo averlo saputo. La colazione era più ricca e varia rispetto a due mesi fa deve arrivare presto) Non preoccuparti. Adoro questo hotel Anche se c'è un inconveniente, quando scrivo questa recensione, ho già prenotato una camera per due mesi, credo che i suoi affari andranno a gonfie vele futuro, soprattutto il nuovo personale maschile che è stato gentile e me lo ha fatto sapere. Mi sono ricordato degli elogi della governante quando prima ho soggiornato in un hotel a cinque stelle! Gira a sinistra quando esci e troverai Tha Pae Gate. Chiama Maxim ovunque tu vada. La stanza ha un letto grande, un balcone per asciugare i vestiti e non ci sono zanzare.
